      随着新一轮电改不断推进,电力零售市场上的竞争愈演愈烈,为售电公司的经营带来了挑战。借鉴国外成熟售电市场上的零售电价套餐体系发展经验有助于我国售电公司零售电价套餐产品的发展。本文回顾了英国售电市场的发展历程,对英国售电公司业务模式及零售电价套餐体系进行了总结,同时从用户的角度出发,梳理了零售电价套餐选择流程并对不同套餐进行了比较分析。在此基础上,提出了对我国售电公司发展的启示。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous implementation of the new round of electric reform, the competition in the electric from the development experience of the tariffs in the mature foreign electricity market will help the development of the retail price package products of China's power retailing companies. This article reviews the development history of the British electricity retail market, summarizes the business model of the British power retailing companies and the tariffs. Then, from the user's point of view, the tariff selection process was combed and different packages products were compared and analyzed.
