      在“互联网+”蓬勃发展的时代背景下,电网企业大力推广营销移动作业,建立线上线下高效立体的营销服务互动体系。文章基于当前电网企业营销移动作业在营业、计量和全能型供电所客户服务领域应用的实际情况,从营业、计量、全能型供电所业务对移动作业终端硬件、软件、通信技术需求进行研究,探讨进一步推进营销移动业务末端整合,减少基层工作人员携带移动终端种类及操作应用,为满足人员一专多能、服务一次到位的网格化台区经理制新要求,提供可行的解决方案。

      Under the background of the vigorous development of “Internet+”, power grid enterprises energetically popularize marketing mobile operation terminal and establishes an efficient and three-dimensional marketing service interaction system between on line and off-line. Based on the current marketing mobile operation in the field of business, metrology and customer service of all-energy power supply station, this paper analyzes the demand for mobile operation terminal hardware, software and communication technology from business, to further promote the end integration of marketing mobile business, reducing the types of mobile terminals and operational applications of grass-roots staff. In order to meet the new requirement of the grid area manager system and the needs of one person with multiple abilities and services in place at a time, this paper provides a feasible solution.
