      随着国家对“数字新基建”发展的重视,利用城市变电站资源构建“多站融合”场景以及运营模式,由于有着土地利用率高、资源集约化等优点,得到了初步的探索和运用。但多站交易主体在交易的过程中存在所有权归属、信息不对称、隐私泄露、信任成本过高等问题,而这些问题的解决方法恰好与 Fabric 区块链的技术特性高度契合。因此,针对“多站融合”中的关键业务需求,基于Fabric区块链技术构建了包含多交易主体参与互济共享的交易平台架构,设计后台交互子系统、区块链子系统、绿电溯源核心模块,实现了资源流、信息流、业务流的“三流合一”。通过资源的就近融合和运行上的协调互补,减少建设运行及交易主体信任成本。
英文摘要:
      With country’s attention on the development of “digital new infrastructure”, the use of urban substation resources to build“multi-station integration”scenarios and operation models has been initially explored and used due to the advantages of high land utilization and resource intensification. However, there are problems such as ownership, information asymmetry, privacy leakage, and high trust cost in the transaction process of multi-station transaction entities. The solutions to these problems are highly compatible with the technical characteristics of the Fabric blockchain. Therefore, aiming at the key business requirements of“multi-site integration”, based on the Fabric blockchain technology, a transaction platform architecture including multiple transaction entities participating in mutual assistance and sharing is constructed, and the back-end interaction subsystem, blockchain subsystem, and green power traceability core modules are designed to realize“Three Streams in One”of resource flow, information flow and business flow. Through the nearby integration of resources and the coordination and complementation of operation, the cost of construction and operation and the trust of transaction entities is reduced.
