      楼宇可调节负荷应用存在普查手段缺乏、负荷模型实用性不高以及通信接口不规范等问题,严重制约了其发展,为此首先提出可调节负荷树状普查体系作为普查程序的逻辑架构,然后构建通用约束条件下系统实操层面的负荷调控模型,最后在云管边端的物理架构下设计了楼宇可调节负荷参与电力需求响应的信息交互规范,为楼宇可调节负荷应用给出了关键技术路线和解决方案。实验结果验证了楼宇可调节负荷参与需求响应削峰填谷场景的可行性。下阶段通过实际可调节负荷普查的开展以及需求响应软硬件能力的建设,楼宇可调节负荷潜力将会被进一步挖掘,成为能源互联网源互联网用户侧的重要组成部分。
英文摘要:
      The application of building adjustable load has the problems of lack of census means, low practicality of load model and non-standard communication interface, which restricts its development. For this reason, a tree census system is proposed as the logical framework of the census program. Then the load regulation model at the system operation level is built under the general constraints. Finally, the information exchange specification of building adjustable load participation in power demand response under the physical architecture of the cloud-tube-edge-terminal is designed. The key technical routes and solutions for the application of building adjustable load are given. The experimental results verify the feasibility of building adjustable load to participate in demand response peak-shaving and valley- filling scenarios. In the next stage, through the implementation of the actual adjustable load survey and the construction of software and hardware capabilities of demand response, the building’s adjustable load potential will be further tapped and become an important part of the user side of energy Internet.
