      异构空调负荷的大规模协同控制是需求侧管理的关键挑战。针对现有方法难以兼顾用户满意度与设备调节损耗的问题,提出基于用户-设备损耗成本(User-Device Loss Cost,UDLC)模型的分层分布式优化控制策略。首先,构建统一的 UDLC 模型,将用户满意度损失和设备调节损耗量化为可比较的经济成本,实现分体式定频、分体式变频和中央空调的公平调度。其次,设计两阶段交替方向乘子法(Two-Stage Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers,2S-ADMM),通过分层架构将通信复杂度从与设备数量成正比降低至仅与楼宇数量成正比。仿真表明,所提策略在保证功率跟踪精度前提下,累积UDLC成本降低2.9%,收敛速度提升40%,为大规模楼宇空调群参与需求响应提供了可行方案。

      Large-scale coordinated control of heterogeneous air-conditioning (AC) loads is a key challenge in demand-side management. To address the difficulty of existing methods in balancing user satisfaction and device regulation loss, this paper proposes a hierarchical distributed optimization strategy based on the User-Device Loss Cost (UDLC) model. First, a unified UDLC model is constructed to quantify user satisfaction loss and device regulation loss into comparable economic costs, enabling fair scheduling among split-type fixed-frequency, split-type variable-frequency, and central AC systems. Second, a Two-Stage Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (2S-ADMM) is developed, which reduces communication complexity from being proportional to the number of devices to being proportional only to the number of buildings through a hierarchical architecture. Simulations show that the proposed strategy reduces cumulative UDLC cost by 2.9% and improves convergence speed by 40% while maintaining power tracking accuracy, providing a practical solution for large-scale building AC clusters participating in demand response programs.
