| 针对近年来以电动汽车与氢能汽车为主的新能源汽车数量不断增加与新能源大规模接入对有源配电网造成巨大冲击的问题,提出了一种计及新能源汽车低碳经济效益的有源配电网经济调度方法。首先,构建含新能源汽车接入的有源配电网络运行框架,建立多能转化设备运行模型;其次,考虑配电网荷侧多能负荷需求的可调度性,建立响应模型,协助新能源并网消纳;然后,通过引入新能源汽车替代燃油汽车行驶解决有源配电网络消纳新能源出力困难与环境污染问题,构建新能源汽车参与碳-绿证市场交易模型,提高有源配电网经济效益;最后以有源配电网日均总运行成本最小为目标,构建优化调度模型,通过不同方案的对比分析,验证了所提方法对提升有源配电网经济性、新能源消纳、低碳运行的积极作用。 |

| In recent years, the increasing number of new energy vehicles based on electric vehicles and hydrogen vehicles and the large-scale access of new energy have caused a huge impact on the active distribution network. An economic dispatch method of active distribution network considering the low-carbon economic benefits of new energy vehicles is proposed. Firstly, the operation framework of active distribution network with new energy vehicle access is constructed, and the operation model of multi-energy conversion equipment is established. Secondly, considering the schedulability of the multi-energy load demand on the load side of the distribution network, a response model is established to assist the grid-connected consumption of new energy. Then, by introducing new energy vehicles to replace fuel vehicles to solve the problems of new energy output difficulties and environmental pollution in the active distribution network, a new energy vehicle participation in the carbon-green certificate market transaction model is constructed to improve the economic benefits of the active distribution network. Finally, taking the minimum daily average total operating cost of active distribution network as the goal, the optimal scheduling model is constructed. Through the comparative analysis of different schemes, the positive effect of the proposed method on improving the economy, new energy consumption and low-carbon operation of active distribution network is verified. |
