      在“双碳”目标的推动下,融合多种碳减排价值权证,对综合能源系统的低碳经济转型具有重要作用。为此,提出了基于绿色证书-碳交易-国家核证自愿减排量联合交互机制的热电联产综合能源系统优化调度策略。首先,综合考虑绿证交易、阶梯碳交易和国家核证自愿减排量的联合机制,引导综合能源系统约束碳排量;然后,提出热电比可调的新型热电联产模型,充分利用IES中的灵活性资源,进一步提高综合能源系统的低碳性与经济性。最后,通过设置对比场景,利用MATLAB求解所构建的综合能源系统低碳调度模型,验证所提策略的合理性与有效性。经过算例分析论证,所有方法可促进综合能源系统的低碳经济运行。
英文摘要:
      Driven by the " double carbon " goal, the integration of multiple carbon emission reduction value warrants plays an important role in the low-carbon economic transformation of the integrated energy system. To this end, an optimal scheduling strategy for CHP integrated energy system based on the joint interaction mechanism of green certificate-carbon trading-national certified voluntary emission reductions is proposed. Firstly, considering the joint mechanism of green certificate trading, ladder carbon trading and national certified voluntary emission reductions, the integrated energy system is guided to constrain carbon emis-sions. Then, a new cogeneration model with adjustable heat-to-electricity ratio is proposed to make full use of the flexi-ble resources in IES and further improve the low-carbon and economy of the integrated energy system. Finally, by setting the comparison scenario and using MATLAB to solve the con-structed low-carbon scheduling model of the integrated energy system, the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified. Through example analysis and demonstration, all methods can promote the low-carbon economic operation of the integrated energy system.
