      锂电池工业园区可以充分利用资源优势,实现锂电池生产的规模化,然而规模化生产能量消耗强度大,带来了能源与环境问题,所以需要优化生产过程,以实现低碳化发展。目前对于锂电池制造过程的工艺优化研究较多,对园区层面系统性能的分析与优化的研究较少。旨在研究锂电池工业园区的能量生产和消费特征,并提出系统的优化改进方案。首先,建立了锂电池工业园区内典型设备和环节的稳态模型。然后,引入热经济学理论进行分析研究,构建了系统的?分析和热经济学分析模型,并提出了基于Sobol法的工业园区?分析和热经济分析方法。最后,通过算例分析验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。算例结果表明,热风炉在园区中的?效率最低,总成本最高,对于系统产品?成本的影响最大,需要重点改进其性能。
英文摘要:
      Lithium battery industrial park can make full use of the advantages of resources to achieve scale production of lithium battery,but the energy consumption intensity is large, and brings energy and link problems, so it is necessary to optimize the production processand achieve low-carbon development. At present, there are many researches on the process optimization of lithium battery manufacturingprocess, but there are less researches on the analysis and optimization of system performance at the campus level. The purpose is to studythe characteristics of energy production and consumption in lithium battery industrial park, and put forward the optimization and improve?ment scheme of the system. Firstly, the steady-state model of typical equipment and links in the lithium battery industrial park is estab?lished. Then, the exergic analysis and thermal economic analysis model of exergic analysis and thermal economic analysis of industrialpark based on Sobol method are built. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an example analysis.The calculation results show that hot blast furnace has the lowest exergic efficiency and the highest total exergic cost in the park, and hasthe highest impact on the exergic cost of system products, so it is necessary to focus on improving its performance.
