| 对于包含可控负荷的售电公司来说,积极参与电网需求响应是售电公司获取超额利润的重要手段。本文主要研究负荷型售电公司,根据需求响应作用机制,同时考虑激励性和定价型需求响应,对售电公司以及居民和工业用户参与需求响应的响应成本、收益进行了建模,基于用户参与需求响应的成本,提出了一种用户成本分摊系数的计算方法,同时提出了售电公司动态补贴定价的算法,根据不同用户类型制定不同补偿定价,使其能实现最大化调节潜力。最终建立了基于需求响应的售电公司动态定价双层模型,经过实例仿真,验证了模型的可行性和合理性。 |

| For the electricity selling companies with controllable loads, actively participating in the grid demand response is an im-portant means for the electricity selling companies to obtain excess profits. This paper mainly studies the load type elec-tricity selling company, according to the mechanism of de-mand response and considering both incentive and pricing demand response, the response costs and benefits of electricity selling companies and users participating in the demand response are modeled. Based on the cost of user participation in demand response, a calculation method of user cost allo-cation coefficient is proposed, and a dynamic subsidy pricing algorithm is proposed for power selling companies. Finally, a two-layer dynamic pricing model based on demand response and user contribution is set up, and successfully using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model. The feasibility and rationality of contribution coefficient and two-layer model are verified by example simulation. |
