在大力发展可再生能源的背景下,为协调上层综合能源系统与下层电热负荷需求之间的利益关系。首先,提出一种动态定价机制,深入探索上下层潜在交互能力,系统上层给出各类能源价格,价格传递给下层后,由下层优化各机组出力,实现多利益主体互利共赢。其次,通过考虑柔性电负荷和柔性热负荷灵的综合需求响应能力,实现可再生能源更好的消纳。最后,采用CPLEX 对双层模型迭代求解,验证所提模型及算法的有效性。 |

Under the background of vigorously developing renewable energy, in order to coordinate the interest relationship between the upper comprehensive energy system and the lower electric heating load demand. First of all, a dynamic pricing mechanism to deeply explore the potential interaction between the upper and lower layers is proposed. The upper layer of the system gives the prices of various energy sources. After the prices are transferred to the lower layer, the lower layer optimizes the output of each unit to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results for multiple stakeholders. Secondly, the comprehensive demand response capability of flexible electric load and flexible thermal load is considered to achieve better consumption of renewable energy. Finally, CPLEX is used to solve the two-layer model iteratively to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm. |
