随着我国电力体制改革不断深入,分布式电力技术快速发展,用户对绿色低碳电力的需求增加,分布式电力交易研究迎来了巨大的机遇。基于区块链技术研究了一种适用于分布式电力日前市场的交易机制。该交易机制由交易合同链和交易结算链组成,交易合同链实现密封报价、交易撮合和交易发布等功能,交易结算链实现电量计量、电费结算和交易结果评价等功能。设计了适应于交易合同链的共识机制和适应于交易结算链的电费核算新方法,维护守约者利益,激励交易双方守约和合理申报交易需求。最后通过仿真实验验证了该交易机制的可行性。 |

With the deepening of China’s power system reform, the rapid development of distributed power technology and the increasing demand of users for green and low- carbon power,the research of distributed power trading has ushered in a huge opportunity. A transaction mechanism suitable for the day-ahead market of distributed power is studied based on the blockchain technology. It is composed of transaction contract chain and transaction settlement chain. The transaction contract chain realizes the functions of sealed quotation, transaction matching and transaction release, while the transaction settlement chain realizes the functions of electricity metering, electricity fee settlement and transaction result evaluation. A consensus mechanism suitable for the transaction contract chain and a new method of electricity charge accounting suitable for the transaction settlement chain are designed to safeguard the interests of those who abide by the contract and encourage both parties to abide by the contract and reasonably declare the transaction demand. Finally, the feasibility of the trading mechanism is verified by simulation experiment. |
