电力现货模式下,售电公司在批发侧参与中长期与现货市场,在零售侧售电给零售用户,亟需在批发侧至零售侧之间建立完善的电价传导机制,通过量化不同电价传导模式下售电公司购售电成本,寻求其最大购售电利润,帮助售电公司降低市场运营风险,提升市场活力。为此提出了按比例传导、实时传导和延迟传导3种电价传导机制。算例结果验证了3种电价传导机制的可行性,分析了几种典型用户用电特性,并针对几种典型用户,给出了电价传导机制的选择建议。 |

Under the power spot mode, power selling companies participate in the medium and long-term and spot market at the wholesale side and sell electricity to retail users at the retail side. It is urgent to establish a perfect electricity price transmission mechanism from the wholesale side to the retail side. By quantifying the cost of electricity buying and selling under different electricity price transmission modes, power selling companies can seek the maximum profit of electricity buying and selling, so as to help power selling companies reduce market operation risks and enhance market vitality. Three electricity price transmission mechanisms, namely proportional transmission, real-time transmission and delayed transmission are proposed. The feasibility of the three electricity price transmission mechanisms is verified by the results of the example, the power consumption characteristics of several typical users are analyzed, and the choice of electricity price transmission mechanism for several typical users is given. |
