在双碳目标和电力市场改革的背景下,通过市场化机制促进以水电为主的可再生能源消纳,已成为我国电力现货市场建设的1项关键任务。将梯级水电纳入市场出清机制设计中,计及梯级水电的运行特性,在常规出清模型中引入水力耦合、发电出力特性、水位控制和水电振动区等复杂约束条件,并基于IEEE 14节点系统,设计了由6家发电主体组成的日前市场算例,通过分析不同运行场景下的市场交易结果,初步验证了所提出的出清模型的合理性与实用性。 |

Under the circumstance of goal of“carbon neutralization and carbon peak”and the reform of power system, promoting the market- oriented consumption of renewable energy has become a key task in the construction of China’s power market. Considering the operation characteristics of cascade hydropower, the constraintssuchashydrauliccoupling,powergenerationoutput characteristics, water level control and hydropower vibration zone are introduced into the conventional clearing model. It is designed that a day ahead market example including six power generation entities to analyze the market transaction results under different operation scenarios, the rationality and practicability of the clearing model are preliminarily verified. |
