随着碳达峰、碳中和与新型电力系统目标的提出,可调节负荷可以参与新型电力系统的电力电量平衡的必要性日益凸显。首先研究了当前我国负荷特征及未来发展趋势,分析了新型电力系统背景下电力电量平衡发展趋势及问题,在典型用户可调节负荷潜力分析的基础上,提出了考虑电量平衡的可调节潜力计算方法,并通过算例量化了最大调节容量、调节时长与电量平衡之间的影响关系,最后对新型电力系统背景下可调节负荷的发展方向进行了展望。 |

With the proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the adjustable load plays an important role in the power balance of new power system. Firstly, the current load characteristics and the future development trend are studied, and the development trend and problems of the balance of gird under the background of new power system are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the adjustable load potential of typical users, the calculation method of adjustable load considering the balance of electricity is proposed, and the influence relationship between the maximum adjustable capacity, adjustable time and the balance of electricity is quantified through a numerical example. Finally, the development direction of adjustable load under the background of new power system is prospected. |
