在“双碳”背景下,为优化能源结构,提高可再生能源消纳,进而促进综合能源系统的碳减排工作,提出了一种基于碳捕集和电-氢-气双向转换的电氢碳协同运行的低碳经济调度模式。首先分析电转气两阶段过程中分别耦合氢储能、氢燃料电池以及碳捕集设备的运行机理,构建以清洁能源为主的能源供应和以电、热、冷、气负荷为终端消费的综合能源系统的能量流模型;然后针对其参与碳排放权交易市场,分析碳交易机制下系统各设备的碳成本;最后构建以运行维护成本、购能成本、环境成本和售氢收益之和最小的低碳经济运行数学模型,综合考虑设备约束和系统的能量平衡约束,分析对比不同典型运行模式,验证了所提调度模型的消纳特性、环保性和经济性。 |

Under the background of“double carbon”, in order to optimize the structure of energy, improve the consumption of renewable energy and promote the carbon emission reduction of the integrated energy system(IES), a low- carbon economic dispatch mode based on carbon capture and electro- hydrogen- gas two-way conversion is proposed. Firstly, the two-stage process of power to gas coupled with hydrogen storage, hydrogen fuel cell and carbon capture is analyzed. The energy flow model of the IES with clean energy as the main energy supply and the electricity, heat, cold and gas load as the end is constructed. Then, the carbon cost of each equipment is analyzed for its participation in the carbon trading market. Finally, a mathematical model of low-carbon economic operation with the minimum operation and maintenance cost, energy purchase costs, environmental costs and hydrogen sales benefits is constructed. Considering the equipment constraints and the energy balance constraints of the system, the different typical operating modes are analyzed and compared, and the consumption character istics, environmental protection and economy of the proposed scheduling model are verified. |
