      我国基于推动构建人类命运共同体的责任担当和实现可持续发展的内在要求,提出了“双碳目标”战略,并通过能源清洁化、用能电气化等途径推进能源形态革命进而降低碳排放。首先分析了双碳目标下能源结构转型特征,总结梳理了电能替代发展过程中面临的问题,得出电能替代发展须破解技术、经济、机制和理念等方面的制约,提出以技术进步推动能源变革,重点考虑工业、建筑、交通、农业和居民5个主要领域,从材料技术、能源转换技术、能源供给及存储技术方面进一步探索电能替代的实施路径。
英文摘要:
      Based on the responsibility of promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind and the internal requirements of achieving sustainable development, China has put forward the“double carbon goal”strategy, and promoted the energy form revolution through clean energy and electrification to reduce carbon emissions. Firstly, the characteristics of energy structure transformation under the dual carbon goal are analyzed,the problems faced in the process of electric energy alternative development are summarized and combed, electric energy alternative development must break the constraints of technology, economy,mechanism and concept are concluded, and promote change with technological progress is proposed, focusing on five major fields of industry, construction, transportation, agriculture and residents,from material technology, energy conversion technology. The energy supply and storage technology further develops the implementation path of electric energy substitution.
