| 在我国电力市场改革持续深化的背景下，广西加紧了电力现货市场建设。首先，分析广西电力市场运营的实际情况，总结广西电力现货市场建设的关键问题；其次，提出广西发用电市场放开的方式和路径，设计不同成本发电机组有效竞价和高成本机组生存发展机制，提出适合市场初期的广西电力现货市场的计划与市场衔接机制，设计市场环境下对用户补贴的方法和原则，为广西后续的电力现货市场建设提供参考。 |

| In the context of deepening electricity market re-form in China, Guangxi speedes up with the construction of the electricity spot market. The actual situation of Guangxi electricity market is analyzed while summarizing the key issues in Guangxi.In response to the key issues raised, the market deregulation path is proposed for both demand and supply sides in Guangxi and designs bidding strategies for generating units with different cost in order to survive. Moreover, a cohesive mechanism between regulated and deregulated parts of the market is also proposed, along with subsidy principles for electricity users in the market environment,providing a reference for the subsequent construction of the power spot market in Guangxi. |
