为减小风电并网产生的不利影响,提高风电消纳空间,在含风电出力的主动配电网中增设混合储能系统,并对其进行优化配置。考虑风电随机出力对潮流的影响,建立风电、储能系统接入配电网后的数学模型。以有功网损、电压偏差以及总投资费用最小为目标,引入机会约束建立储能系统优化配置模型。在此基础上,以IEEE 33节点配电网络为算例,通过改进灰狼算法对模型进行求解,得到储能系统的最优配置方案。仿真结果表明,所提模型和算法能有效地对储能系统进行配置,提高整体经济性和安全性,同时提高系统的风电消纳能力。 |

In order to reduce the adverse impact of wind power grid connection and improve the wind power consumption space,a hybrid energy storage system is added in the active distribution network with wind power output, and its configuration is optimized.Considering the influence of wind power random output on power flow, the mathematical model of wind power and energy storage connected to distribution network is established. The optimal allocation model of energy storage system is established with the objective of minimizing the active power loss, voltage deviation and investment cost. On this basis, the gray wolf algorithm is improved to solve the model. Taking IEEE 33 node system as an example, the optimal configuration scheme of energy storage system is obtained.The simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively dispose the energy storage system, improve the overall economy and security, and increase the wind power consumption capacity of the system. |
