随着用户侧市场的放开,用市场化的需求响应交易代替传统的电力需求侧管理已成为电力市场的发展趋势,包括广东在内的国内许多省市相继开展了需求响应的市场化交易实践活动。首先,介绍了广东省需求响应市场化交易的启动条件、交易流程、测量方式和资金来源等要素;然后,提出了需求侧市场主体与发电机组同台竞价的市场出清模式与价格机制,重点分析了2次出清模式在需求响应参与现货市场中的作用;最后,通过市场算例验证了不同出清机制的优劣和对市场主体的影响。 |

With the deregulation of demand-side market, the marketization of demand response(DR)instead of the conventional power demand - side management is becoming a trend under the background of power market reform. A series of provinces and cities including Guangdong have implemented the market trade programs of DR. The Guangdong DR program’s elements are introduced including start-up condition, trading process, measurement approach and financial source, etc. Then, the market clearing mode and price mechanism for the bidding on the same platform of DR market actors and generators are proposed, and the role of two clearing modes in DR’s participation in spot market is analyzed. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of different clearing mechanisms and their impact on market actors are verified by market simulations. |
