分布式能源技术不断发展,电力体制改革纵深推 进,配网将呈现多利益主体特性。为刻画不同利益主体的利 益需求以及技术特性,同时实现配网冷、热、电多能耦合以及 电力电量平衡,维持电力系统安全稳定运行,采用分析目标 级联理论(analysis target cascading,ATC)对市场环境下配网 运营商主体、分布式能源商主体、冷热电三联供型负荷集成 商主体的协同优化调度问题进行研究。对各主体内部多能 元件技术运行特性、以及主体间的相互联系和存在的不同利 益诉求进行建模,各主体通过交换联络变量信息进行协同优 化并最终收敛。最后,基于 IEEE33 节点配网系统的算例对 模型和算法进行验证。 |

With the continuous development of distributed energy technology and the in-depth reform of the power system, the distribution network will show the characteristics of multi -stake- holders. In order to characterize the interest needs and technical characteristics of different stakeholders, while realizing the multi- venergy coupling of cooling, heating, and electricity in the distribution network, as well as the balance of power and electricity, and maintaining the safe and stable operation of the power system, the analysis target cascading theory is adopted to study the problem of collaborative optimization scheduling of network operators, distributed energy suppliers, combined cooling heating and power type load integrators under the market environment. Modeling the technical operating characteristics of the multi-energy elements within each subject, as well as the interrelationship between the subjects and the existence of different interest appeals, each subject performs collaborative optimization by exchanging contact variable information and finally converges. Lastly, the model and algorithm are verified based on the example of IEEE33 distribution network system. |
