针对新型商业、科创类园区综合能源系统具有规模小、靠近用户侧、源荷多样、运行灵活的特征,研制并开发了一款专门针对综合能源系统规划分析的云端软件平台,从而协调优化配置园区内外能源资源,满足园区内现有及潜在能源需求,加速综合能源服务落地。通过分析南通中央创新区的资源禀赋、负荷需求以及政策安排,依托综合能源规划平台为南通中央创新区个性化定制“蒸汽-电”、“燃气-电”、“电-双蓄”3种能源站规划方案,为该区域的未来规划提供了优选能源站配置方案并分析了商业模式。 |

Aiming at the characteristics of new business and scientific innovation park’s integrated energy system, such as small scale, close to the user side, diverse source loads and flexible operation, a cloud software platform is researched and developed for the planning and analysis of the integrated energy system,so as to coordinate and optimize the allocation of energy resources inside and outside the park, meet the existing and potential energy needs in the park, and accelerate the implementation of integrated energy services. Based on the analysis of resource endowment,load demand and policy arrangement of Nantong central innovation zone, three energy station planning schemes of steam-electricity, gas-electricity and electricity-double storage are customized for Nantong central innovation zone relying on the software platform,and the optimal energy station configuration scheme is provided for the future planning of the area and the feasibility business model is analyzed. |
