| 区域市场主体同台竞价能促进南方区域资源优化配置，推动南方区域统一市场的建设发展。跨区跨省输电价格作为同台竞价交易价格机制的重要组成部分，其如何定价关系着区域各市场主体的利益分配。针对当前输电价格机制存在的问题，借鉴国外跨区交易输电价格机制，提出适应于同台竞价交易的输电价格机制，明确输电价格的定价方法，通过对比分析，验证设计机制在同台竞价交易中的可行性。 |

| The same-stage bidding of regional market entities can promote the optimal allocation of resources in the southern region and promote the construction and development of a unified market in the southern region. Interregional and interprovincial transmission prices are important parts of the price mechanism for the same-stage bidding and trading. How to set the prices is related to the interest distribution of the various market entities in the region. In view of the problems existing in the current transmission price mechanism, referring to the foreign transmission price mechanism of cross-regional transaction, a transmission price mechanism suitable for the same-stage transaction is proposed, and the transmission pricing method is clarified. The feasibility of the design mechanism in the same-stage bidding and trading is verified through comparative analysis. |
