售电侧改革作为新一轮电力体制改革的重点之一,将导致我国电力市场终端销售模式发生重大改变。在此背景下,针对售电服务竞争力提升问题,首先探讨了新电改背景下我国未来电力市场的整体格局和售电公司的经营模式;其次分析了影响售电服务竞争力的因素及其作用路径,并构建了结构方程模型;最后通过模型拟合,实证研究了影响我国售电服务竞争力的关键因素及其作用机理。研究结果表明,在开放售电环境下,电网售电公司开展个性化综合化增值服务是提升其售电服务竞争力的关键。 |

As one of the key points of the new round of power system reform, the power-sale-side reform will lead to major changes in the terminal sales model of domestic power market. In this background, aiming at the problems of improving the competitiveness of electricity retail service, firstly, the overall pattern of the future power market and the business models of the power sale company under the background of the new electricity market reform are discussed. Secondly, the factors which influence on the competitiveness of the power service and their action paths are analyzed, and the structural equation model is also constructed. Finally, through model fitting, the key factors and their action mechanisms of affecting the competitiveness of domestic electricity retail service are empirically studied. The research results show that under the opening electricity retail environment, for a power sale company it is the key point to enhance the competitiveness to develop personalized and comprehensive value-added services to enhance the competiveness. |
