工业园区具有经济基础好、能源消耗大、产业集聚等特点,是构建灵活多样、低碳高效的综合能源服务体系的“理想试验田”。从物理层、信息层、服务层 3 个层面阐述了当前工业园区综合能源服务系统架构。从促进清洁能源消纳、能源需求优化、能源效率提升以及市场效益挖掘 4 个方面探讨了适合园区开展的综合能源服务商业模式,并从推动市场公平竞争、开放共享发展的角度提出了相关政策建议为探索建立园区综合能源服务商业模式提供参考。 |

An industrial park is characterized by good economic foundation, large energy consumption and industrial agglomeration. It is an“ideal experimental field”for building a flexible,diverse, lowcarbon and efficient integrated energy service system.The structure of integrated energy system in industrial parks is described from three aspects, which are the physical layer, the service layer and the information layer. Then, the integrated energyservice business model suitable for industrial parks is discussedfrom four aspects, which are promoting clean energy consumption,optimizing energy demand, promoting energy efficiency and marketefficiency mining. And from the perspectives of promoting fair market competition and shared development, relevant policy suggestions are put forward. The viewpoints can be referenced for the exploration and establishment of integrated energy service businessmodel in industrial parks. |
