      为解决配电网大量分布式电源和灵活负荷接入配电网中引起的配电网阻塞问题,提出了一种基于配网重构和市场机制的配电网阻塞管理的综合方案。在提出的方案中,利用不同类型负荷的灵活性及两种阻塞管理方法各自的优势,把配网重构集成在市场机制框架中,解决了线路和灵活负荷的阻塞问题。该综合方案利用NSGA-II算法既能快速的更有效地解决阻塞问题,又能满足配电系统运营商侧最小能源成本的要求和灵活负荷侧最小用电费用的要求。采用标准IEEE 33节点的配电网测试系统进行了仿真研究,验证了所提出的综合方案的有效性和优越性。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the problem of distribution network congestion caused by a large number of distributed power sources and flexible load access to the distribution network, a comprehensive solution for distribution network congestion management based on distribution network reconstruction and marketmechanism is proposed. In the proposed scheme, the flexibility of different types of loads and the respective advantages of the two congestion management methods are used to restructure the distribution network into the market mechanism framework to solve the problem of line and flexible load congestion. This comprehensive solution uses the NSGAII algorithm to solve the blocking problem quickly and effectively, and meet the requirements of the minimum energy cost of the distribution system operator side and the minimum electricity cost of the flexible load side. A simulation study is carried out using a standard IEEE 33 node distribution network test system, which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed comprehensive scheme.
