      近年来,随着光伏发电规模不断壮大,光电技术日趋成熟,光伏发电得到了各国政府支持,成为低碳化能源发展的主力军。与此同时,光伏发电带来的无功倒送也给电力系统带来了新的压力和挑战。在长兴电力系统结构和常用控制方案的基础上,通过 Matlab/Simulink 仿真,研究光伏电池特性,分析春节期间电网无功情况。最后详细分析了光伏并网控制原理及其控制策略,有效提高电网的无功水平、降低电力系统耗损,节约输送成本,为今后构建泛在化智能电网打下坚实基础。

      In recent years, with the growing scale and maturing technology, photovoltaic power generation has been supported by governments and become the main force of low-carbon energy development. At the same time, the reactive power reversal brought by photovoltaic power generation also brings new pressure and challenges to the power system. On the basis of Changxing power system structure and common control schemes, the characteristics of photovoltaic cells are studied by Matlab/Simulink simulation, and the reactive power of power grid during the Spring Festival is analyzed. Finally, the principle and control strategy of photovoltaic grid - connected control are analyzed in detail, which can effectively improve the reactive power level of power grid, reduce power system losses and save transmission costs, laying a solid foundation for the future construction of ubiquitous smart grid.
