      现有三相电源用户,由于电能表内部构造不能满足自动拉、合闸产生电弧的绝缘强度,并且其三相合闸阻力较大,在欠费跳闸后只能依靠人工操作外置负荷开关进行现场送电,效率低。三相费控开关欠费跳闸后,当用户续费后,可以通过任意一台工作站向三相电能表发送合闸命令时,自送装置可以依靠自身内置的动力机构或者储能元件实现远程遥控自动合闸,完成欠费-断电-续费-合闸的闭环操作,全程实现自动化,缩短再次送电时间。
英文摘要:
      Since the internal structure of the watt-hour meter can not satisfy the insulation strength of arc generated by automatic pulling and closing, and the resistance of three - phase closing is large, the existing three-phase power users can only rely on manual operation of external load switch to send power on site after arrears tripping, which is inefficient. After tripping in arrears of three phase fee-controlled switch, and when the user renews the fee, the self-feeding device can send the closing order to the three-phase energy meter through any workstation. The self-feeding device can realize remote automatic closing by relying on its built-in power mechanism or energy storage components, thus completing the closed loop operation of arrears-power off-renewal-closing. The whole process is automated, and the time of re-transmission is shortened.
