2018年国内新能源汽车保有量达到180万辆,电动汽车产业步入加速发展的“快车道”,但是居民区等人口密集地区仍存在充电设施安装难、充电难等问题。因此,有必要探索推广有序充电服务,结合新建小区配套供电设施与老旧小区改造增容情况,提高资源整体利用效率。通过利用先进、可靠并去中心化的区块链技术理念,研究基于区块链特征匹配与充电桩共享经济下的共享经济运营模式及业务,形成一整套有序充电智能调度平台和互动软硬件,引导电动汽车低谷充电、错峰充电、排队充电,提升电网设备和客户电力设备利用率,满足不断增长的规模化、多样化充电需求,促进清洁能源消纳。 |

In 2018, the number of domestic new energy vehicles reached 1.8 million, and the electric vehicle industry entered the“fast lane”of accelerated development. However, in densely populated areas such as residential areas, there are still some problems such as difficult installation of charging facilities and difficult charging. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the promotion of coordinated charging services, combined with the supporting power supply facilities of new residential areas and the old residential areas to improve the overall utilization efficiency of resources. By utilizing the advanced, reliable and decentralized“block chain”technology concept, the shared economic operation mode and business based on block chain feature matching and charging pile sharing economy is studied, a set of coordinated charging intelligent dispatching platform and interactive software and hardware is formed,and electric vehicles are guided to charge in low valley, stagger peak and queue. The utilization of power grid equipment and customer power equipment is improved, the growing demand for largescale and diversified charging is met, and clean energy consumption is improved. |
