泛在电力物联网的出现,为电费回收侧管控提供了新的思路,通过泛在电力物联网与电力营销业务的结合,设计集纳电费风险信息网内交流及预警共享、拖欠电费网内共同追缴、恶意欠费网内共同制约、共同制裁功能于一体的电费回收管控共享平台,实现供电公司电费回收难的信息共享与协作应对,共同提升电费回收管控能力。该平台的建设思路是首先将平台架构建成,并落实需求中所涉及的功能,使之尽快汇集资源、发挥作用;下一步将深化设计、完善结构,充分体现开放、共享、协作理念,集中组织、模块化实现,保证平台的运行与实施效果。 |

The appearance of ubiquitous power Internet of things provides a new way of thinking for bill recovery side regulation. By combining ubiquitous power Internet of things and electric marketing business, a sharing platform for regulating electricity bill recovery is designed, which integrates into one the exchange of electricity and risk information within the network and the sharing of warnings, the arrears of electricity charges in the network to jointly recover, malicious arrears in the user network to jointly restrict and jointly sanction information sharing and collaborative reaction of the difficulty in electricity bill collection can be achieved among the power grid enterprises. Then the ability of regulating electricity bill recovery can also be improved altogether. The construction idea of the platform is to build the platform architecture and implement the functions involved in the requirements, so that it can gather resources and play its role as soon as possible. The next step will be to deepen the design and improve the structure,fully reflect the concept of openness, sharing and collaboration,centralized organization and modular implementation, to ensure the operation and implementation of the platform. |
