基于电能表计量中心生产调度系统、用采系统、营销系统等平台的共享数据源,分析了现场可靠性数据,故障模式,故障机理和外部诱导应力以及它们随时间变化的特征,建立了不同应力条件下的电能表的组合应力寿命预判模型。该寿命预判模型可以预判批次电能表的剩余寿命,使电能表暴露潜在故障,支撑批次电能表状态精准更换。此外,为故障快速排除和故障优先级处理提供理论和数据支持。 |

Based on the data of measurement of integrated production dispatching system(MDS), electric data acquire system and marketing system, the field reliability data, fault mode, fault mechanism, external induced stress and their characteristics with time are analyzed, and the combined stress life prediction model of electric energy meter under different stress conditions is established. The life prediction model can predict the residual life of the electric energy meter, expose the electric energy meter to potential failures and support the electric energy meter to be accurately re-placed. In addition, it provides theoretical and data support for fast troubleshooting and fault priority handling. |
