随着泛在电力物联网的提出和“三型两网”建设的全面推进,配网物资储检配一体化基地将在电网建设中发挥更大的支撑作用。在此背景下,首先阐述了泛在电力物联网下配网物资储检配一体化基地的系统架构和业务体系。然后,详细介绍了包括智能感知技术、物资ID应用、自动装卸与检定、信息化管理系统在内的储检配一体化基地建设关键技术。接着,分析了建设储检配一体化基地的经济效益、时间效益和其他效益。最后,给出了储检配一体化基地在未来泛在电力物联网的应用场景和展望。 |

With the emerging of the new concept of ubiquitous power Internet of Things(UPIoT)and the comprehensive promotion of the“Three types and Two networks”construction of State Grid Corporation of China, Integrated Base of Storage, Inspection and Distribution(IBSID)play a greater supporting role in the construction of power systems. Given this background, firstly, this paper introduces the system and business architecture of IBSID in UPIoT. Then, the key techniques(including intelligent awareness,ID application of materials, automatic loading/unloading and verification, and information manage systems)are represented in detail.Next, the economic, time, and other benefits of constructing IBSID are analyzed. Finally, the application scenarios and perspective of IBSID are given. |
