在分析了有序用电所面临新形势的基础上,针对异步联网运行电网调频手段多样化和频率稳定问题复杂化的特点,提出了限电序位表指标分配优化方法,方法中结合了负荷增长率和政策原则的约束,使得有序用电负荷指标分配更趋合理,达到了制定方案更具执行性的目的。最后,从调度机构层面优化了有序用电执行流程。研究表明,该优化方法可操作性较强,有一定的现实意义,能满足实际要求。 |

The new circumstances of the orderly power utilization are discussed and the characteristics about frequency stability and diversification of frequency control in power grid asynchronous operation are described. According to increasing rate of power load and policy principles, the optimization method for the index allocation of the power restriction sequence table is proposed, in which index allocation is more reasonable and the plan is more effective.Finally, executing process of the orderly power utilization is further optimized from the level of dispatching and control center. The research shows that the proposed method can be more maneuverable,which is suitable for power grid. |
