风储联合电站响应电网频率是电站根据电价和激励信号,调整自身的风力发电机出力和储能系统充放电安排来调整电网频率。首先介绍了SVM回归算法和频率响应服务电价,然后研究了风储联合系统参与频率响应辅助服务的影响因素,经济效益和成本以及决策。 基于SVM回归算法,建立了风储联合系统的频率响应模型,并给出了模型输入输出因子的选择。最后算例验证了所提出模型的准确性。 |

The response of the wind-storage combined power station to the grid frequency means that the station adjusts its own wind turbine output and the charge and discharge arrangement of the energy storage system according to the electricity price and the excitation signal to adjust the grid frequency. Firstly, the SVM regression algorithm and the frequency response service price are introduced. Then, the impacting factors, economic benefits and costs and the decision making of frequency re-sponse service of the wind-storage combined power station are studied. Based on the SVM regression algorithm, the frequency response model of the wind-storage combined power station is estab-lished, and the selection of input and output factors of the model is provided. Finally, the study cases validates the proposed model. |
