由于光伏出力的具有不确定性、间歇性的特点,大规模分布式光伏并网会造成电网频率波动,而储能可以缓解频率波动,提高对电力系统的稳定性。首先建立考虑天气状态的光伏发电出力模型。然后基于调频辅助服务电价,提出光储联合系统响应电网频率决策方法。最后提出考虑天气因素的光储系统调频响应特性评估方法,促进光储联系参与调频辅助服务,提高电力系统运行的稳定性。 |

Due to the uncertainty and intermittent nature of PV output, large-scale distributed PV grid-connecting will cause grid frequency fluctuations. However, energy storage can alleviate frequency fluctuations and improve the stability of the power system. First, a photovoltaic power generation model that considers the weather state is established. Then, based on the price of frequency regulation auxiliary service, a decision method of the PV generation equipped with storage in re-sponse to the grid frequency is proposed. Finally, the evalua-tion method of characteristics of PV generation equipped with storage considering weather factors is proposed, which can promote the PV generation to participate in the frequency regulation auxiliary service and improve the stability of the power system operation. |
