针对高校普遍存在的能源消耗较大、能源管理薄弱等突出问题,以上海电力大学综合能源服务示范项目为实例,提出了面向校园的综合能源服务解决方案,建设并运行了光伏、风电、光电一体化充电站、太阳能空气源热泵热水、混合储能、微电网运行控制系统、建筑群能耗管理系统、智慧能源管控总平台,以满足校园用户定制化的具体需求,展现了技术应用成效、经济效益及社会效益,为上海电力大学持续打造智慧、低碳的绿色节约型校园奠定基础,并为其他高校及园区开展综合能源系统建设提供示范与指导。 |

Aiming at the prominent problems such as large energy consumption and weak energy management, taking the demon-stration project of comprehensive energy service of Shanghai University of Electric Power as an example, the solution of campus-oriented integrated energy service is put forward. Photovoltaic, wind power, photovoltaic integrated charging station, solar air source heat pump and hot water, hybrid energy storage and microgrid network operation control system, building group energy consumption management system and smart energy management-control platform are all constructed and operated, which satisfy the specific needs of customization of campus users, show the effectiveness of technology application, economic benefits and social benefits, establish foundation to build a smart, low-carbon and energy-saving campus, and provide demonstration and reference of comprehensive energy system construction for other universities and parks. |
