| 东南亚及太平洋海域离岛众多且发展定位各异，其中综合型离岛重要能源用户较多，需保证能源供应的安全可靠，旅游型离岛需最大程度以可再生能源支撑当地发展。考虑多种类型离网系统在资源禀赋及能源需求方面的差异，提出更具针对性综合能源优化配置流程，结合“ 规模设定”-“全小时尺度运行优化”-“经济环境指标反馈”的双层优化模型，提出可再生能源、储能优化求解方法，进而通过综合型、旅游型离网案例研究，为实际开展规划提供思路。 |

| There are various isolated islands in southeast Asia and Pacific area, performing totally different characteristics.As to the islands, some of which serve quantity key energy customer, the key principle of integrated energy system planning is to ensure the reliable supply in case of outage emergency. Other islands are talented in natural tourist-related resources, renewable utilizing should be regarded as the first factor. Different characteristics of islands are taken into consideration to come up with the more target flow chart of energy planning. With the application of bi?level modeling and study of energy efficiency optimization, solving method of renewable energy and storage is proposed. Finally, example of integrated and tourist-related isolated system is given to provide optimizing method in actual work. |
