| 为了精细化分析工商业用户负荷的最大中断速率及最大中断容量特性，采用二次分类模型对工商业用户的日负荷数据进行聚类分析。每次聚类均采用模糊C均值聚类法，第一次聚类分离出常规用电数据与参与中断响应的数据，第二次聚类获得精细化的中断响应模式，进而从时间维度和行业维度分析中断速率特性和中断容量特性。结果表明二次分类模型能够有效地挖掘用户的最大中断响应速率及最大中断容量。 |

| In order to analyze the maximal interrupting rate and maximal interrupting capacity of industrial and commercial consumers load finely, the twice classification model is adopted to deal with the consumers’daily load data. The fuzzy C means clustering method is chosen for each classification. The first classification is used to separate the interruption response data from the conventional data. The second classification is used to obtain the refined interruption patterns. The interrupting rate and interrupting
capacity are analyzed from the time dimension and industry dimension. The results show that the twice classification model can effectively excavate the users’maximal response rate and maximal interrupting capacity. |
