The current situation and difficulties faced by 95598 customer service analysis are analyzed and the characteristics, partitioning principles and advantages of grid management are pointed out. The management boundary is broken in the case of the analysis of fault reporting in typical areas, which highlighting the advantages in the research and judgment of fault weak points, the manufacturer selection of metering devices and the guidance of grid layout. Finally, related suggestions to give full play to the value of grid management are prorosed. |
