为助推河北“煤改电”战略的实施,河北省电力需求侧管理指导中心与江苏林洋能源股份有限公司协作,在邯郸市肥乡区田寨村进行了农村地区清洁取暖“煤改电”技术试验。自2018年2月8日至3月9日,在不同类型的民居中试验了蓄联热泵、热泵热风机、热水型空气源热泵、电磁加热式相变蓄热和碳晶电热板5种清洁取暖“煤改电”技术,实地测试了室内温度、室外温度、设备耗电量、设备峰谷电量等运行参数。根据试验情况,客观系统地分析论证了清洁取暖“煤改电”技术在河北农村的可行性,并提出“煤改电”技术实施建议。 |

In order to promote the implementation of the strategy of“coal to electricity”in Hebei Province, the Electricity Demand Side Management Guidance Center of Hebei Province, in cooperation with Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd., carried out a technical test of“coal to electricity”for clean heating in rural areas in Tianzhai Village, Feixiang District, Handan City. From February 8 to March 9, 2018, 5 kinds of clean heating technologies, i.e., thermal storage heat pump, heat pump fan, hot water air source heat pump, electromagnetic phase change heat storage and carbon crystal electric heating plate, were tested in different types of residential buildings. The operating parameters of indoor temperature,outdoor temperature, equipment power consumption and equipment peak and valley power consumption were measured on the spot. According to the test results, the feasibility of“coal to electricity”technology for clean heating in rural areas of Hebei Province is analyzed and demonstrated objectively and systematically,and the implementation suggestions of“coal to electricity”technology are put forward. |
