| 随着风电场装机规模增大,风电并网对电力系统的频率冲击愈发不容忽视。建立了由电池储能系统(BESS)和空调负荷群(ACLs)构成的虚拟储能系统(VESS),并提出了一种适用于VESS的内部协调控制策略来提高电力系统频率稳定性,通过MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真验证了本文提出方案的正确性。 |

| With the increase of wind power penetration, the frequency impact of wind power integration on power systems can not be ignored. A coordinated control strategy applied to virtual energy storage system(VESS)which contained battery energy storage system(BESS)and air conditioning loads(ACLs)is proposed.The conclusions by simulating on MATLAB/SIMULINK are verified. |
