      在考虑风电场出力与负荷响应量相关性的基础上,建立以成本最小化为目标的日前优化调度模型。首先根据响应量和风电出力的概率分布建立基于Copula函数的联合概率分布模型;然后提出需求响应(demand response,DR)用户互动满意度指标来限制需求响应负荷的可调节程度;最后建立以电网总成本最小化为目标的日前优化调度模型。以IEEE39标准算例为例验证了模型的合理性和准确性,结果表明考虑响应量和风电出力相关性可以有效降低系统运行成本,提高系统调度的经济性。
英文摘要:
      A day ahead dispatching model aiming to minimize the dispatching cost of electric power system considering correlation between the response quality of demand response load and the output of wind power is established. Firstly, a joint probability distribution model of wind power output and response quantity is established. Then, customers’interaction satisfaction index is proposed to limit the adjustable degree of demand response load. Finally, in order to minimize the dispatching cost, an optimal dispatching model is established. The IEEE 39 system standard example verifies the rationality and accuracy of model. The results show that the model proposed can effectively reduce the system operation cost and improve the economic efficiency of the system dispatching.
