| 从电网企业的角度出发，分析电力体制改革对电网企业各方面的影响，以及输配电价改革前后电网企业的成本核算差异。以新电改背景下的输配电成本核算标准为依据，建立电网企业输配电价模型，并以蒙西电网为例，对建立的输配电价模型进行验证，为进一步改进输配电价的核算提供参考。 |

| From the perspective of power grid enterprises,the effect of electric power system reform on all aspects of the power grid enterprise and the difference in cost accounting of power grid enterprises before and after the reform of electric power transmission and distribution price are analyzed. Based on the electric power transmission and distribution cost accounting standards under the background of new electrical reform, the power gird enterprise transmission-distribution price model is established, and Mengxi power grid is taken as an example to verify the established transmission-distribution price model. It has a certain reference value for the further improvement of electric power transmission and distribution price accounting. |
