      着电力体制改革进程加速和互联网技术的快速崛起,供电企业推行适应市场竞争和客户需求的业扩办电服务机制迫在眉睫。介绍浙江省电力公司通过创新建立“供电服务快速响应平台”和“业扩全流程管控平台”,为用户提供“线上全天候受理,线下一站式办电”的智能互动式业扩报装服务。新模式的推广,提高了办电效率,实现了电量的增供扩销,客户服务感知和满意度水平大幅提升。
英文摘要:
      With the accelerating process of power system reform and Internet technologies, it is imperative for power supply enterprises to implement business expansion service mechanism of power transmission which is adapted to market competition and customer needs.Zhejiang Electric Power Company establishes the “rapid response platform of power supply service” and the “control platform of the whole business expansion process”.The perception and satisfaction level of customer service has increased significantly.
