Power Demand Side Management is a Chinese Science and Technology Core Journal（CSTPCD）,Excellent National Electric Power Journal and Excellent National Energy Journal. Papers published in the journal are included in numerous domestic and international databases. For more than 20 years since its founding, we have never charged the authors any fees and pays remuneration for published papers.

The journal hereby solemnly declares:Throughout all stages covering manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, acceptance and formal publication, the journal charges no fees of any kind on authors, including review fees, page charges, publication fees, expediting fees and plate-making fees.The sole official submission website is http://dsm.ijournals.cn.Any third-party institutions or individuals that collect fees in the name of the journal are perpetrating fraud. If you receive any notice requesting payment, please contact the Editorial Department immediately for verification to prevent fraud.
