      Abstract:“Power + energy efficiency services”is an important strategy for grid companies in the new era to optimize energy structure, lead the green and low-carbon transformation, strengthen energy security and achieve high-quality energy development. Firstly,new requirements to“power + energy efficiency services”are analyzed in the background of achieving the carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality and building new power system. Secondly,the innovative practice of State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC) “is summarizes. Finally, the ideas and paths for the development of power + energy efficiency services”under the new situation are discussed, including the digitization, scientific and technological research, policy, demonstration. In general, under new situations and circumstances, it is necessary to systematically promote, deepen and upgrade the“power + energy efficiency services”, in order to create more value for customers and grid companies, to serve the economy the high quality developing of the society, and to help our country to achieve the carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality.

    • Virtual power plant operation optimization strategy based on analysis target cascading of distributed transaction model

      Abstract:In the past, relevant studies mainly focused on the economy of virtual power plant operation. It is inevitable to abandon wind and light in actual operation, which is not conducive to the consumption of new energy. At the same time, under the traditional transaction mode, the distribution network, as the main opera-tor, takes the dual roles of power grid dispatching and economic transaction management into account. However, virtual power plants are mostly independent operators, and transaction information belongs to important commercial privacy. The way of distribution network coordination is not in line with the reality of the market. Therefore, a distributed transaction model, which is solved by target cascade method is proposed. While promoting the consumption of new energy in virtual power plants, information transmission to improve safety is reduced. Firstly, based on the established differential price model, the centralized transaction model is established.The coupling variable constraints between distribution network operators and virtual power plant operators are introduced into the centralized transaction model by Lagrange decomposition method,the distributed transaction model is established, and the analysis target cascade method is used to solve it. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the model.

      Abstract:The accuracy of model and parameter identification in photovoltaic(PV)power generation system is of great significance for PV plant fault diagnosis, power prediction and stability evaluation of grid-connected operation. Based on single diode model, the mathematical model of PV array is established. An improved teaching and learning - based optimization algorithm based on the Tent chaotic maps is used to identify the model parameters.The measured data are compared with the simulation results of parameter identification. The accuracy, solving speed ability and stability of model are verified. The proposed model lay the foundation of modeling integrated energy system in the further research.

      Abstract:With the further expansion of the grid load scale and the further increase of the installed proportion of new energy,the security and stability of the grid face new challenges. Firstly,the influence of electrolytic aluminum on Yunnan power grid is introduced. Then the stability control, system electrolytic aluminum switching characteristics and control system are introduced. On this basis, the scheme and control method of electrolytic aluminum participating in power grid stability control system are proposed. Finally, the control model of electrolytic aluminum is built with-PSCAD, and the proposed control strategy is verified.

      Abstract:A blockchain-based demand response transaction mechanism is designed by integrating the identity authentication,bidding algorithm, settlement and supervision of demand response transaction with the blockchain architecture. The goals of transaction process control, time - scale -based pricing, settlement and supervision are achieved. A time-scale-based pricing strategy is proposed to achieve the balance of interests of all parties in the trans-action. This method optimizes the demand response transaction process and improves transaction efficiency. The system has the characteristics of openness and transparency. Where the transaction data cannot be tampered, and transactions records can betraced in the proposed system.

      Abstract:The impact of electric vehicles to power grid whencharging is analyzed, the main research is about the influence to the balance of power grid load. Then, the electric vehicle chargingload is modeled, and time probability distribution of users’trip isanalyzed, The demand for electric vehicle charging load is calculated by Monte Carlo simulation method, in order to study throughout the time distribution of 3 000 electric vehicles’charging demand,The optimization model of regional power supply system including photovoltaic power generation system is established. Meanwhile,dynamic electricity price is used as incentive to guide electric vehi-cles to carry out orderly charging, so as to participate in power gridancillary services. With the minimum power fluctuation product and the lowest charging cost, the weighted function is taken as the objective function, combined with the four constraints, the geneticalgorithm is used to solve the model, and the optimal chargingscheme is obtained. Finally, an example is given to verify that the model can realize the function of shifting load, cutting peak and filling valley.

      Abstract:In the environment of current electricity market, in addition to vigorously developing new energy, it is particularly important to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency. In this environment, the energy consumption optimization system of commercial buildings is designed. Combined with the actual situation of energy consumption of commercial buildings, the technicalroute is improved, and the energy consumption control strategy of in-formation physical system of commercial buildings is analyzed and optimized. Unified access to the provincial smart energy service platform, energy consumption optimization and demand response strategies is generated through the platform and is distributed to the sideend for implementation. The mixed networking mode of general packet radio service wireless private network, local optical fiber and industrial Ethernet is adopted to ensure the safety and reliability of communication. Programmable logic controller cabinet realizes the optimal operation of single equipment through edge calculation, and can also operate in closed loop in case of network interruption. Various sensors and controllers are installed to monitor operation data inreal time and regulate operation status.

      Abstract:A load forecasting technique based on a combinedmodel formed by ensemble Kalman filter(EnKF)and phase -spacereconstruction(PSR)is proposed to optimize forecasting results.For the load data time-series, phase-space reconstruction is firstlyimplemented using delayed coordinate embedding. Future loadstates can be predicted by local averaging. To achieve adaptive feature to different load time - series, cyclic iterative calculation isused to select the number of nearest vectors. According to unscented transformation theory, ensemble is formed by appropriate number of Sigma points of the predicted load value and data assimilation can be realized using ensemble Kalman filter. Therefore, optimum estimation can be obtained while measurement noise exists.Using non-instrusive measurement, forecasting results and erroranalysis for loads of electrical water heater and air -conditioner aswell as total household are done by adopting 50 end users datafrom Baoding of Hebei province as training data set. The resultsshow that, compared to those derived from pure phase-space reconstruction forecasting, the proposed method features have better-forecasting performance and good adaption both for individual appliance load and total household load.

      Abstract:any historical load data, a gated recurrent unitIn view of the difficulty of new community without(GRU)load predictionalgorithm based on data transfer of similar community characteristicsis proposed to realize the load prediction of new community. Firstly,the idea of transfer learning is used to transfer the data informationwhich is highly similar to the features of the new community and predict the model parameters;Secondly, the feature data set is used asthe training set to complete the training of extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)regression model;Then, GRU neural network is used tomodel the training sample set. When the prediction accuracy of themodel is reached, the medium and long term load prediction of thenew community with time series relationship is completed. Finally,taking a community in Lianyungang as an example, the load prediction results of the residential area form January 2020 to November2022 are obtained, so as to verify the validity of the established medium and long term load prediction model with time series relationship.

      Abstract:Firstly, the development status of demand response in foreign countries and in China is introduced. The function and significance of demand response of industrial enterprises are expounded. Then, the production process and adjustable load regulation potential of composite industry are analyzed in detail with specific examples. On this basis, the system architecture of industrial demand response regulation platform is proposed, and the adjustable load demand response control strategy for composite industry is given. Through the implementation of actual demand response regulation events, the effectiveness of the above adjustable load regulation strategy for production process is verified. Finally,combined with the actual situation of our country, some suggestions for the further development of demand response in our country are given.

      Abstract:Integrated energy system has the characteristics of improving energy efficiency and being environmentally friendly. It has been developed rapidly in recent years, but it lacks technical and economic benefit analysis methods in its promotion process,and lacks typical representative reference cases. In order to solve the above -mentioned problems, a set of integrated energy system combining electric heat storage technology with wind power and photovoltaic is designed for knitting industry, and the benefits obtained after it is applied to the factory is analyzed. Finally, the electric heat storage technology is prospected. The results play an important role in promoting the application of electric heat storage technology and increasing the electrification rate of the terminal.

      Abstract:Under the background of“Peak carbon dioxide emissions- Carbon neutrality”strategy, power system is facing aserious triangular contradiction of clean energy, high reliability and low cost. For the power system with significant coupling of multiple uncertainties, safe and reliable adjustment ability and flexible consumption margin of green energy have become important research orientations. Aggregation architecture technology oriented-to new type power system is the key technical solution. It can mobilize“sleeping”flexible resources, characteristics of which are not only numerous, flexible, dispersed but also hard to observe, hard to predict and hard to control, and provide important dispatch able resources for new power system. For the aspect of research and practice, the related work is still in the initial demonstration stage.Based on the typical cases of power system operation assisted by flexible resources all over the world, the types of aggregation architecture technology oriented to new power system are sorted out and their technical feature and tendency are analyzed. What’s more,the development suggestions and construction enlightenment of architecture technology for flexible resource participation in power system operation are put forward, which provide important technical support for the construction of power system with new energy as the main body in China.

      Abstract:At present, the reform of power market mechanism provides market environment and policy support for the construction of customer side energy storage power station. Under this environment, the control strategy of customer side energy storage participating in demand response is studied to ensure the friendly interaction between power grid and users. Firstly, the architecture of customer side energy storage system is described, and then the control strategy model of customer side energy storage participating in demand response is established, including the control strategy based on information system demand response. Based on the control strategy of standard modular demand response plan and considering the control strategy of energy storage regulation in different scenarios. Finally, a case study is carried out, and then the effect analysis is carried out. It is found that using advanced communication control technology to cluster control multiple discrete and small - scale customer side energy storage systems, regulate their participation in power demand response, expand the application scenario of customer side energy storage power station, significantly improve the revenue of customer side energy storage system and reduce the energy consumption cost of enterprises.

      Abstract:With the continuous expansion of the integrated energy system and the development of grid-connected renewable energy, how to improve the operational efficiency and flexibility of thethree-network interconnection of electricity, heat and gas under new energy has become an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of thermal power generating units, add thermo-electro decoupled CHP equipment, P2G equipment, and electricity and heat storage equipment to build a comprehensive energy system that interconnects electricity, heat and gas. Aiming at the integrated energy system with wind power uncertainties, a distributional robust optimization model that takes into account the risk aversion is proposed. The objective is to optimize the comprehensive cost of each generator set,and the constraints of the power grid, heating network, gas network and wind turbines are taken as condition, using risk value to represent wind power uncertainty. By controlling the risk value and confidence in the risk fuzzy probability model, the economic operation and optimal dispatch of the system are realized, and the problem of new energy consumption is improved. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by the IEEE 39 system.

      Abstract:With the further development of power market deregulation in China, competition in retail market is becoming increasingly fierce, which has enhanced the importance of retail pack-age design. Under the background of many provinces constructingelectricity market, it is feasible to carry out real-time - price retailpackage. Although fixed price and time - of-use packages are morewidely used, real-time price packages enjoy advantages of reflectingthe variation of electrical energy’s value and leading power consumption. On the basis of demand elasticity, a nonlinear optimization model for real time price packages is formulated, with properlydesigning the real-time price packages from the perspective of maxi-mizing the retailer’s profit and minimizing the gap of peak - valleyload. A realistic case study has been conducted, and the numericalresults show that real-time price packages can take the interests of electric power seller, consumers and power grid enterprises into consideration, so as to release the bonus of the reformation of electricpower system in China.

      Abstract:“Getting electricity”is an important index to measure the level of the business environment. At present, power grid companies have introduced a quantitative evaluation index system for“getting electricity”to measure the improvement effect. Firstly,the evaluation index system of“getting electricity”is introduced in detail. Then the scoring rule that converts the actual value of each index into the score and the measurement method of each index are introduced. Then, combined with advanced domestic and foreign experience, the measures to improvements for each indicator are proposed. The quantitative evaluation index system and improvement measures have certain reference significance for the self-evaluation and improvement of power grid companies and the improvement of the service level of“getting electricity”. Finally, the differences between the evaluation index system of China and the World Bank are compared, the suggestions for optimizing the evaluation index system are put forward and the future development trends are predicted.

      Abstract:The current global energy transition is in a period of accelerated advancement. Based on the various challenges faced by the energy transition in the low-carbon context, all countries areactively adopting market - oriented and government intervention measures to promote investment in low-carbon power sources. Eachcountry’s transformation strategy has its own focus and their electricity price systems also show certain characteristics of differentiation under different strategies. The strategic measures and electricity price system models in the energy transition process of Germany,the United Kingdom, and France are combed through, which are representative of foreign countries, and the reasons behind the changes in electricity prices are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the actual development of China’s energy transition, suggestions are made for China’s energy transition, which has certain reference significance for the design of China’s energy transition and the development of the electricity price system.
