Abstract:For a long time, fossil energy has supported the development of Chinese industrial civilization. At the same time, it has also brought about environmental pollution, climate change and other practical problems affecting human survival and development. Electricity is a clean, efficient and convenient secondary energy source, while electricity substitution is an important path to achieve the goal of “carbon peak”and“carbon neutral”. Firstly, the phased tasks under the vision of“carbon neutral”are sorted out,and the development prospect of electricity substitution under the goal of“carbon neutral”is analyzed. Secondly, the achievements made in the work of electricity substitution during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period are listed. Finally, on the basis, the development strategy and follow-up work of various technologies of electricity substitution during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period are analyzed.

Abstract:The power demand and power balance during the 14th Five-Year Plan period is analyzed based on the present and development of power systems in Jiangsu province. Then a power generation planning strategy that considering the utilization of the generalized demand-side resources is proposed. This strategy is expected to mitigate the increasing operation risk in Jiangsu’s power systems by coordinating resources from the supply - side and demand-side. The temporal production simulation is implemented to evaluate various power generation plans, including the economics, reliabilities, etc. This work may provide an essential reference for and benefit the power generation plannings of Jiangsu province in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

Abstract:Certificate transaction of renewable energy excessive accommodation can help to meet the consumers’increasing demand for green electricity. The application of blockchain technology in the transaction can provide a reliable solution for the accurate tracking and verification of transactions and the security of data ledger. The application modes of blockchain in market participant identity authentication, certificate issuance and transaction on voucher chain are proposed. Trading platform based on blockchain is established, and the business demand are estimated. System performance optimization measures such as large ticket transaction and atomic contract are put forward. The feasibility of the system’s compressive capacity and performance optimization method are proved by the laboratory environment test. The research results provide strong support for the launch of the platform, and help to further open up the user side channel to access to green electricity.

Abstract:High energy consuming companies have abundant adjustable resources. The study of the electricity generation and consumption behavior of typical industrial consumers under time-of-use tariffs will guide the development of price-based demand response strategies. Firstly, the production constraints of different power generation facilities are studied, and the production relation-ship, timing relationship and regulation characteristics of different loads are analyzed to establish the model of power generation cost,load transfer cost and net electricity cost of industrial users, to form the economic optimization model of power generation and consumption of typical industrial users. Secondly, according to the production characteristics of three kinds of typical industrial users,the economic optimization model of power generation and consumption is established. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by arithmetic examples. The regulation strategies of electricity generation for different industrial users during price changes are studied and their regulation potential is compared and analyzed.

Abstract:A multi - provincial complementary operation index under the province-based scheduling model is proposed. Firstly, the operating status and power exchange needs of each province is claculated under independent operating conditions, and then the complementarity of the inter -provincial grids is calculted through the complementarity of the power exchange curve, which not only ensures the independence of each provinces, but also ensures the mutual benefit of each province. The solution method is greatly simplified, the physical meaning is clear, and the operation is simple. The simulation example of Qinghai practical power grid verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. The problem of coordinated operation of Qinghai and surrounding provinces is decomposed into two sub-problems: long-term power purchase and short-term load peak -sharing,using 8 760 hour production simulation. In satisfying the sub-problem of long-term electricity purchase demand in Qinghai, Xinjiang province with excess thermal power is used to solved the problem of seasonal shortage of electricity in Qinghai, which is determined through long -term trading. For the temporary power surplus or shortage, it is solved by mutual aid in Shaanxi province.

Abstract:Taking photovoltaic - battery system as a research object, the sizing and operation optimization model of the photovoltaic-battery system based on decomposition-coordination method is constructed. Firstly, taking the comprehensive cost including the energy storage investment cost and the operating cost of the optical storage system as the objective function, the Benders decomposition method is used to decompose the model into the main problem of planning and configuration and the sub -problem of operation scheduling. Then the capacity investment cost of energy storage and system operation cost are divided as the objective function of the main problem and sub-problem, the optimal configuration plan of the energy storage battery and the optimal operation strategy of the system are obtained through decomposition, coordination and optimization. At the same time, set a series of indicators such as the photovoltaic consumption rate, self-sufficiency rate, internal rate of return, and dynamic investment recovery period to evaluate the model. In addition, the visualization of the accumulation process of Bender cut sets is realized, and visually the convergence process of the Benders decomposition method is showed. Based on this, the K- means cluster analysis algorithm is used to establish an annual pho tovoltaic output model, the optimal configuration of energy storage batteries on a long-term scale is solved, and the feasibility of solving the decomposition and coordination optimization model on the medium and long-term scale is explored.

Abstract:The power fluctuation is serious when wind power generation is connected to network, which will bring negative impact on the economy, security and reliability of the power system. Through the control of energy storage system, the output power of wind farm can be suppressed. Based on the historical power output data of a wind farm, the target signal is obtained by wavelet decomposition. The charging and discharging model of the energy storage system is established, and the control strategy is also formulated. Energy storage capacity configuration is carried out with the optimal objective of best economy of energy storage system. To consider the economy and stabilization effect of the energy storage system, the probability of wind power output fluctuation meeting the grid connection requirements is introduced into the target model as a flexible constraint by chance constrained programming. The method of modifying the stabilization target in the future time period according to the current grid connected power is also studied. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to configure the optimal energy storage capacity through simulation experiments. The results show that the proposed energy storage capacity allocation method can greatly reduce the economic cost of energy storage system, and the wind power fluctuations can meet the grid requirements at a high level of confidence.

Abstract:In order to consider the influence of multiple factors on electricity and improve the accuracy of monthly electricity forecasting. A monthly electricity forecasting method is proposed based on the K-L information method and ARIMA error correction. Based on screening relevant indicators, the correlation analysis method is used to make regression modeling on the influence indicators and electricity, calculate of fitting errors, and construct a new non - stationary time series, combined with the ARIMA model to modify this series. Monthly electricity predictions obtained with better accuracy, have higher application value.

Abstract:Aiming at the existing distribution capacity in charge of low, fixed costs cannot be completely recycled, and not considering the problem of load rate, the rate of electricity is applied to the distribution of electricity, through the transmission and distribution cost analysis. The rationality of the allocation capacity cost using BARY curve is discussed, fully considering the load characteristics of the user, the user to step through clustering method, the piecewise regression straight line method for determine the capacity of the cost in the basic price and electricity price of share proportion of technical means, BARY curve is presented. The model of capacity cost allocation based on piecewise regression line method is proved to be reasonable, fair among users with different load rates and feasible in pricing through empirical analysis.

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of rapid switching between charge and discharge and convenient power generation adjustment of energy storage system (ESS), a clean energy grid-connected power system risk quantification and security benefit evaluation plan considering energy storage power stations is proposed. Firstly, combined with the charging and discharging characteristics of ESS, the necessity of maintaining the medium and long-term safe production, reliable operation of the power grid and the cooperative promotion of clean energy consumption mechanism is explained. On this basis, combined with markov chain monte carlo (MCMC), an emergency state analysis model and a risk assessment model considering the flexible charging and discharging strategy of ESS are established. Secondly, an evaluation plan for the comprehensive benefits of the energy storage power station was designed by economic comparison analysis. Finally, the revised IEEE- 6 node test system is taken as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness and advancement of the proposed model and scheme.

Abstract:Aiming at the promotion and improvement of new energy consumption, the user-side peak shaving mechanism is studied under the premise of maximizing the improvement of new energy consumption. Firstly, consider using electricity prices as incentives, a user response model based on consumer psychology is established to obtain the user load transfer rate. Secondly, comprehensively considering the contribution of different periods of load and new energy output to the membership of the duck curve peak and valley, the membership function is improved, and the peak-valley-level period division is obtained by determining the threshold value. Then, an optimization function with the goal of maximizing the consumption of new energy is constructed, and the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the electricity price during the peak-valley period. The results show that the user’s response to incentives can effectively promote the consumption of new energy.

Abstract:In order to adapt to the development of new situation of electricity supply and demand in Anhui province and the national overall energy adjustment orientation, the corresponding strategies are studied from the perspective of incentive demand response. On the premise of distinguishing peak clipping and valley filling, the incentive demand response of Anhui province is designed from the incentive demand response mechanism, organizational mode, starting conditions, compensation standards, sources of funds. According to the actual situation, electricity supply and demand data of Anhui province, the conclusion with practical guiding value is drawn. In the analysis of compensation standards, the comparative method of relevant pilot provinces and cities compensation standards, the compensation standard analysis method of peak-shifting market and the calculation model of the upper limit of compensation standards are used for depth analysis. In the practical design part of Anhui province’s incentive demand response,combined with the actual data, the design of each part and the application of model examples are carried out.

Abstract:To promote the optimal allocation of energy in southern region by marketization and balance the surplus and lack of power resources among southern provinces, based on construction situation of electric power markets in southern provinces, a design for basic rules of the medium and long term power transaction of power grid in southern region of China is proposed, which are inline with the construction of unified electric power market. The details of the design include market management, medium and long term trading mechanisms, connection mechanisms and transaction settlement mechanisms adapted to the spot market. According to the economic development structure and energy distribution characteristics in southern region, this design can solve the increasingly prominent contradiction between reginal power supply and demand to the greatest extent. The problem that the medium and long term electric transaction models of the provinces in southern region are different and difficult to integrate is also solved.

Abstract:Power spot market is the core part of modern power market system, and it is the key step to improve market-oriented trading. All of the first eight pilot areas have been put into simulated trial operation, which marks a great step forward in the construction of power spot market in China. The similarities and differences in the construction scheme and related mechanism design of power spot market in the pilot areas are compared and analyzed from the three key aspects of construction framework, cohesion mechanism and operation mechanism. Some problems that the construction mechanism of electricity spot market is not compatible with the current electricity market system since the pilot area entered the simulation trial operation are analyzed, and relevant policy suggestions are put forward.

Abstract:With the development and maturity of direct current (DC) power supply technologies, DC power supply mode has shown its potential to be superior to AC power supply mode in terms of reliability and economy, and has become an important direction for construction and renovation of current data centers.However, in China, there is still no unified standard for voltage level of DC data centers. A reasonable framework and a evaluation method based on the current new mode of multi-station integration are put forward. Comprehensive comparison has been carried out from aspects of line loss, reliability, upgrade potential, equipment manufacturing level and load demand of the three DC power supply frameworks. Based on the comparison results, the advanced comprehensive performance of the proposed hybrid communication architecture is proved. The research methods and conclusions proposed have important reference significance for the standardization of voltage level of DC data center and the construction of new mode of multi-station fusion.

Abstract:With the reform of power system and the development of energy Internet industry, developing integrated energy service will be an important direction of business transformation of power enterprises. Focusing on the mining and application of power supply companies’big data, such as electricity load, electricity quantity, payment and so on, from 3 dimensions of customer credit,customer value and customer risk, an integrated energy project mining and cultivation evaluation index system is constructed. The index system includes 9 specificmdicators, such as monthly average pre-deposit ratio, monthly average times of arrears, and monthly average times of power outage. Optimization strategy of integrated energy project based on fuzzy evaluation is proposed, which uses big data to evaluate the internal conditions of potential customers, thus providing certain support for mining high - quality potential customers. Finally, taking 8 random customers for the case study, the results show the effectiveness of the method based on the project evaluation index system.

Abstract:High-speed rail has become popular in China, but the power supply mode of the high-speed rail traction station is special, and its measurement and wiring error analysis and comparison of the three-phase load balancing system are obviously different. In order to grasp the difference, according to the characteristics of one phase of the high-speed railway traction station operating as a public phase and commutation of the transmission line, a phasor diagram analysis of the incorrect wiring of the metering circuit in a real case of a traction station of the Changgan high-speed railway is carried out, and the Ub, Uc reverse connection results in a huge difference between the power supply and the metered power on both sides. After correction, a total of 756,756 yuan of electricity loss during the wrong wiring period is compensated, which provides reference and reference for the electric power industry metering profession in the recovery of electricity at high-speed rail traction stations, which has universal significance.

Abstract:Due to the connection of the large-scale distributed generation to gird and the increasing peak load the user side,the peak-valley difference of traditional units’active power output continues to increase, which poses a serious threat to the secure and economic operation of the system. As a kind of controllable resources, demand response can effectively solve the problems. The electricity market of China is gradually improving. Adding demand response resources into market transactions is conducive to expanding the open degree of the market and promoting the rational allocation of resources. Firstly, the commercial model of the demand response transaction in typical regions are introduced. And the differences of the implementation scheme and the implementation effect are summarized. Then, the enlightenment of the PJM and NEM to the demand response market trading is put forward. Finally, according to the different development stages of electricity market and demand response, the construction emphasis is given. And the construction scheme of Henan power grid is put forward as an example.
