Abstract:China is in a critical period of rapid economic development, and continuous energy production and consumption areessential. Actively promoting electrical energy substitution is of great significance to promote the modernization of domestic industry, improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental pollution, and alleviate energy security issues. The implementation of electrical energy substitution in various regions is mainly concentrated in the fields of electric vehicles, electric heating, electric boilers, port and shore power. A series of policies to promote electrical energy substitution are sorted out. The consumption and supply of electrical energy substitution in various regions and the development in the fields of transportation, industrial and agricultural production,residential heating and other five major areas are analyzed. Based on this situation, the proportion of each technology of electrical energy substitution and the completion of electrical energy substitution in each region are refined, the potential of electrical energy substitution is tapped, and suggestions are proposed based on the existing problems.

Abstract:The large scale promotion of“coal to electricity”for clean heating in winter in northern China brings great pressure on the capacity upgrading of power grid and the safe operation in“peak load during winter”. Based on the summary and analysis of different types of electric heating equipment, an accurate prediction model of electric heating load based on thermal conditions of equipment, building types and outdoor climate conditions is proposed.And the application analysis is carried out in typical scenarios such as grid access, operation regulation and so on. The results show that this method plays a good guiding role in the investmenttransformation and optimal operation of power grid.

Abstract:As a large number of electric heating loads rush into the power grid, more stringent management requirements of the power grid are put forward for the“coal to electricity”areas. In case of random demand for electricity, particular power supply quality and strong impact of electric loads, a new management system of“coal to electricity”areas is built, including power load forecasting, active schedule outage, information management and responsibility system.Finally, it’s proved to be an efficient and advanced management about economic and social benefit, work efficiency and business environment.

Abstract:Promoting the replacement of auxiliary power unit(APU)in aviation airports is an important measure in the construction of green airports. APU replacement at remote locations is affected by power distribution capacity expansion and transformation and safety restrictions. The program of APU alternative to configurating photovoltaicstorage system is proposed. Firstly, the APU replacement load characteristic model is established based on the flight dynamics. Secondly, bilevel optimization model is proposed considering the configuration of photovoltaic storage system under dynamic load characteristic. The outer model considers the optimal cost of photovoltaicstorage system, and the inner model takes into account the operation of energy storage. Finally, the inner model is transferred to the additional constraint of the outer layer by the KKT condition of inner model, the bilevel model is transferred into a mix integer linear programming. The validity of the proposed scheme is verified by summer and winter flight data of a civil aviation airprt, and the rationality of the APU replacement of the airport’s remote aircraft site by the optical storage system is analyzed.

Abstract:Regenerative electric heating projects are major livelihood projects that promote clean heating. However, current economic evaluation methods of thermal storage electric heating systems aren’t considering factors such as differences in the life of different equipment and related“coaltoelectricity”subsidy policies, which may lead to unreasonable investment and excessive heating costs for residents. An economic evaluation method of thermal storage electric heating schemes based on equivalent annual cost in life cycle is proposed. Firstly, the main equipment in the thermal storage electric heating system is modeled. Then, the economic evaluation model of the thermal storage electric heating based on equivalent annual cost in life cycle is proposed. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by an typical example.

Abstract:In the context of the allelectric kitchen pilot project implemented by State Grid Hunan Power Co., Ltd., the architecture of the kitchen energy efficiency supervision platform is introduced. Relying on the all around data collected during the construction and operation of the project, the costs of the kitchens are analyzed and calculated, and the economics of electrified kitchen and traditional kitchen are compared. The environmental and social benefits brought by the implementation of the project are analyzed, and energy efficiency analysis is carried out. It’s concluded that electrified kitchen is superior to traditional kitchen in all aspects, indicating that all electric kitchen is a future development trend and can be gradually promoted.

Abstract:The residential heating load is the backbone of heating load, the quantitative study of the sensitivity of the heating load of residents to the temperature and the“Spring Festival”factors is conducive to the smooth development of the winter work in peak time, and the improvement of the energy utilization efficiency. Taking Anhui province as an example, based on the 24 point daily load data of urban and rural residential areas in Anhui province, the relationship between winter residential heating load, temperature and“Spring Festival”is studied and analyzed by building a piecewise linear representation gradient temperature maximum heating load model. The results show that the research accuracy is improved by using 24 point daily load data of Taiwan area as the data sample of research and analysis. The cumulative effect of continuous low temperature will lead to the increase of heating load of urban residents on working days in cold winter, while the“Spring Festival”effect will bring significant increase of heating load of rural residents.

Abstract:By drawing on the encouragement policies for clean heating in the northern region, support policies for clean heating are formulated based on the existing geothermal development plans and electric power alternatives in Hunan. From the aspects of planning, technology, price, finance and industrial chain,project construction and development is supported, hundreds of billions of industrial chains are cultivated and new highquality economic growth points are created. In the end, the sustainable development path of clean heating in the southern region is explored.

Abstract:Taking the heating system of a middle and high end residential areas in Zhejiang as an example, the significance of clean energy replacing traditional energy is expounded from three aspects:national policy, geographical environment, economy and society. The gas boiler heating, air source heat pump electric heating and ground source heat pump electric heating are compared in detail. The initial investment cost, facility operation cost, main equipment performance and social economic benefits are analyzed in detail. It provides references for the choice of a suitable heating method for ordinary residents, and also provides references for the selection of ground source heat pump electric heating for residents in the middle and highend communities. In the end, the goal of reducing costs, increasing efficiency, saving energy, and protecting the environment is achieved.

Abstract:A comprehensive evaluation index system, which is complete, reasonable and practical, is a necessary theory support for the optimization and benefit guarantee of integrated energy project in industrial park. However, in current energy field, most of present evaluation index systems are limited in comprehensiveness, equilibrium and feasibility. Based on analyzing requirements and conditions of integrated energy projects in industrial parks, the thesis builds a comprehensive evaluation index system with two classthreelayer construction, covering evaluation sectors as technical performance, economic,environmental protection, etc. The comprehensiveness, equilibrium and feasibility of the evaluation index system are verified during case study, proving the index system as satisfactory support for the optimization and future development of integrated energy system in industrial parks.

Abstract:The large industrial users of an industrial park in Zhangjiang, Shanghai are studied to analyze the relevance between power consumption benchmark value of typical industry users and power price policy using big data technology. To solve problems of traditional kmeans clustering algorithm, a kmeans ++ algorithm based on composite distance is proposed, which takes into account the spatial and morphological similarities of electricity curves, and optimizes the selection of initial values, so clustering effect is better. This algorithm is used to cluster large industrial users. Finally,five typical industrial users are found in large industry and their reasons are analyzed. Based on the transformer capacity and power consumption data of typical industries, the power consumption benchmark values of each typical industry are calculated and their fluctuations before and after the implementation of the new tariff policy are analyzed. These help electricity companies to identify the key direction of follow up work and put forward reasonable opinions to different users.

Abstract:In the environment of deregulated electricity retail market, the improvement of power supply service quality has become the key means for power supply companies to stay competitive and develop in the new round of power reform. An evaluation index system of power supply service quality is constructed under the deregulation of electricity retail market. Aiming at the service quality of power supply companies, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method based on double inspiriting control lines is proposed. Based on the traditional static evaluation method enforced by weighting method, the temporal variations of power supply service quality in time sequence are also taken into consideration.With introducing the“reward and penalty mechanism”, the power supply service quality can be dynamically evaluated. Modeling and simulation results show that the index system and evaluation method can facilitate power supply companies to percept their market state, and help them to improve the level of the integrated power supply service quality.

Abstract:The application of adjustable load is restricted by communication network coverage, bandwidth, and communication delay. The fifth generation communication technology (5G) has huge advantages in the connection speed, delay, and number of connections. Its construction has been widely carried out. 5G technology has brought significant impacts to the deepening application of adjustable load. Firstly, the important value of the 5G using in adjustable load is analyzed based on the application scenarios and performance indicators. Secondly, aiming at the typical application scenario, that is demand response, the demand for 5G bandwidths and the delay for adjustable load are analyzed. The regulation potential of the typical adjustable load in the demand response service in the 5G network environment is analyzed. Finally, the system structure and interaction process of the demand response in the 5G network environment are designed.

Abstract:Affected by the reform of electric power system and the vigorous development of Internet industry, comprehensive energy services have ushered in a period of opportunity for rapid development. Aiming at the regional energy system, an intelligent management and control system scheme of integrated energy is proposed to realize the entire process from data source collection to background centralized management and control. Aiming at the perception layer, a scheme combining a telecontrol communication device with an energy consumption information collection system is proposed. Aiming at the transport layer, the first networking solution of the passive optical network combined with 5G microprivate network is proposed. Aiming at the platform application layer, an architecture diagram of an integrated energy management and control system is proposed to clarify the functional positioning of the basic platform and advanced applications.

Abstract:Under the current situation, the development of integrated energy services needs not only the policies and guidelines formulated by the state and the government, but also the cooperation and joint promotion of power enterprises, Internet companies,scientific research institutions, energy equipment suppliers, financial companies and so on. Firstly, the members of the above stakeholders are selected as the evaluation objects and the expert consultation and on the spot investigation are carried out. Then, the survey data is screened and postprocesed, while using the social network analysis software to build an integrated energy service market model. The model is analyzed from three aspects of centrality,network density and agglomeration sub group. The results show thecloseness between the core members and the other members of the network, as well as the situation of small groups. Finally, the future development of integrated energy service market is prospected.

Abstract:With the increasing demand for energy service diversity and the rapid development of clean energy, the development of integrated energy services (IES) that meet the needs of diverse energy production and consumption has become a key area widely concerned by energy and power companies. There are many stakeholders in the park level IES. To guide the healthy development of IES, it is urgent to evaluate the enthusiasm and contribution of the stakeholders involved in the IES operation. By establishing an index system and combining subjective and objective analysis methods, the enthusiasm and contribution of stakeholders to participate in the operation of IES is evaluated. Finally, an empirical analysis is made by taking the southern compound green energy network in Jiangsu Province as an example.
