Abstract:Smart contracts implement automatic verificationexecution in an information based manner, enabling peer to peer distributed transactions that do not require third party trust mecha nisms. In the micro network with high proportion of renewable energy access, the use of smart contracts to build a distributed trading platform can improve the transaction efficiency of local areas. Firstly, the energy micro market structure is built and a micro grid power trading mechanism without the participation of central institutions is proposed:micro market purchase and sale of electricity service providers determine the price boundary, market participants issue a purchase request to sell electricity in the market based on the results of energy management, and establish opportunities for gains obtained by the model of distributed trading. A certain observation time is given to optimize the trading by multiple rounds of random matching mechanism. Secondly, based on block chain technology,the deployment process of smart contracts is detailed from the as pects of member access, contract creation, consensus mechanism,and dissemination execution.Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed operational mechanism is verified by a case study, and it is proved that local high efficiency power trading can promote the local consumption of renewable energy.

Abstract:The construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things(UPIoT)can open up a new way for the operation and management, investment and service of power grid. Therefore, according to the development path of UPIoT, the optimal dispatching construction of UPIoT is realized, the efficiency of energy system is improved. Firstly, the optimization subjects and contents of platform layer and perception layer of UPIoT are studied. Secondly, the edge optimization scheduling model of the physical network terminal equipment is constructed. Finally, the typical daily load of a park is introduced and the NSGAII intelligent algorithm is applied in the model, which verifies the feasibility of the model and explores the construction and application methods of UPIoT as a whole.

Abstract:A new photovoltaic power joint optimization mech anism among multiusers in smart community is proposed. Firstly,based on the Internet of Things technology, a network architecture for smart community users to exchange energy information is given.Then, the photovoltaic power joint optimization method among multiusers is discussed and studied based on a single?user house hold energy optimal scheduling model. The objective function of joint optimization of multiuser photovoltaic power is proposed and solved with the method of Dijkstra algorithm and genetic algorithm.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Through the joint optimal dispatch of photovoltaic poweramong multiusers in the community, the interaction between users can be realized, so as to reduce the electricity charges of the users in the family community as much as possible, and at the same time to absorb the excess photovoltaic power generation to the greatest extent, and reduce the impact on the grid.

Abstract:In order to improve the participation ratio of electric vehicle users in orderly charging, reduce the charging load ofelectric vehicles in the peak period, and delay the overload of distribution transformers, the medium charging management mode and longterm charging management mode are setted. According to the user’s willingness to charge, time of use electricity price period,and the residence time of electric vehicles in residential areas,which can meet different charging needs in orderly charging.Among them, the charging start time of the medium charging man agement mode is selected by the reverse order method to achieve the peak cutting and peak shifting effect, according to the residen tial load change characteristics, and the long term charging manage ment mode uses the maximum minimum load value method to select the charging start time to achieve the effect of filling the valley.The proposed strategy provides users with more choices and the simulation results show that the load peak and off peak difference,the load variance, and the charging cost can be further reduced,through coordinating the user participation ratio of different man agement modes.

Abstract:With the emerging of the new concept of ubiquitous power Internet of Things(UPIoT)and the comprehensive promotion of the“Three types and Two networks”construction of State Grid Corporation of China, Integrated Base of Storage, Inspection and Distribution(IBSID)play a greater supporting role in the construction of power systems. Given this background, firstly, this paper introduces the system and business architecture of IBSID in UPIoT. Then, the key techniques(including intelligent awareness,ID application of materials, automatic loading/unloading and verification, and information manage systems)are represented in detail.Next, the economic, time, and other benefits of constructing IBSID are analyzed. Finally, the application scenarios and perspective of IBSID are given.

Abstract:The new round of deregulation and reform of powerindustry in China are push forward steadily and achieve remarkable success. The combined operation of spot markets and ancillary services markets will be the key problem of electricity markets construction in the next step. Variable generation resources jointly competing in the electricity markets will be the inevitable development trend of China. Firstly, a combined operation mode of spot and ancillary services markets is processing by considering vari able generation resources. The optimization clearing model of energy and ancillary services markets are also constructed. The thermalunits, hydro units, wind units and solar units are all considered in the model and their operation constraints should be satisfied. Finally, the numerical examples are performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and to analyze the clearing results and benefits of the combined operation mode.

Abstract:With the deepening of China’s electric system reform, the power market has gradually formed a pattern of diversi fied competition. Firstly, focused on the basic framework of block chain technology, combined with the construction needs of integrated purchase and sale of power platforms, the applicability of block chain is analyzed. Then, based on smart contract, the architecture and transaction mechanism of the platform are designed, which effectively guarantees the safety, openness and transparency of transactions. Abstract:The load of air conditioner has become one of the main loads during summer in China, which becomes a big threat to the stable operation of power system. The load virtual synchronous technology can sense the state of the grid, and participate in primary frequency control of state grid to stabilize the grid on the demand side. Firstly, the mechanism of participating in power system primary frequency control with variable frequency air conditioner controlled by virtual synchronous machine technology is illustrated. Then,load response regulation strategy and control methods of the air conditioner virtual synchronous machine are proposed. Lastly, the effectiveness of load response regulation strategy and control methods of the air conditioner virtual synchronous machine are confirmed by simulation.

Abstract:A large number of disordered plug in hybrid vehicles(PHEVs)are connected to the power grid, which will cause overheating and overload of the power grid transformer during peak hours, resulting in tripping or even large scale power outages.Therefore, the problem of coordinated charging of electric vehicles is a research hotspot and difficulty in the power grid. The problem of coordinated charging of plug in hybrid vehicles is firstly described as an optimization problem with constraints. Then a two layer optimal charging strategy is proposed to solve the optimization problem. In the first layer, the load curve of the low voltage trans formers(LVTs)of the grid is flattened and smoothed based on the demand side management;the second layer is based on the consistent iterative algorithm to make the overall charging of the plug inhybrid vehicle users. The cost is minimized while meeting the user’s charging needs. The proposed optimal charging strategy not only keeps the fluctuation of the power supply load curve of the power grid transformer to the minimum, but also realizes the minimum charging cost of each electric vehicle user and meets the charging demand of the user.

Abstract:Due to the existence of the“cream skimming”of the new company, the supply of default service from the original electricity company has become difficult. Based on the analysis of the“cream skimming”, this paper firstly establishs the supply demand function of the original in position power supplier that provids the default service and the new entry power supplier. Then we discuss two mechanisms, the unified pricing of the urban area and the complete marketization of the urban area separately. Finally, the game supply model is established and solve the equilibrium solution of the response. This model has certain referencing value for the rule design of domestic default service under the new round of power system.

Abstract:With the exhaustion of traditional fossil energy and the increase of energy demand, low efficiency and unsustain able production, traditional energy has shown many shortcomings.The introduction of multienergy supply system can improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency, promote the development of renewable energy, enhance the reliability of power supply, and meet the needs of special places. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation index system and method of regional multienergy supply system are studied. Firstly, the typical regional multienergy supply system structure is constructed. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of regional multienergy supply system is constructed from the aspects of energy efficiency, economy and environ mental protection. Then, DEMATELANPAnti Entropy combinatorial method and the improved grey correlation method are respectively used to determine the weights of each evaluation factor in criterion layer and indictor layer, and the polynomial interpolation method is used to construct the index scoring function of regional multienergy supply system. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the regional multienergy supply system in a residential area of Jiangsu province is carried out, and the research results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation index system and evaluation methodk.

Abstract:The high proportion of new energy penetration has affected the economy and benefits of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in China, resulting in the decline of power grid flexibility, insufficient peaking capacity, difficulty in local consumption, and the abandonment of wind and light. In view of the predicament of the current power system, it is necessary to vigorously develop heat storage technology, study thermal storage technology of molten salt based on local consumption of wind power and photoelectric power, improve the capacity of peak and frequency regulation of power system, and effectively exert the advantages of shifting peaks and valleys. Based on the use data of schools and hospital boilers in Jiangsu Province, the potential of electric energy substitution is analyzed. And life cycle cost model(LCC)is established to conduct economic comparative analysis of various types of boilers, including initial investment cost, operating cost, maintenance cost, so as to provide a strong basis for equipment selection and investment optimization.

Abstract:As one of the new strategic industries that China is focusing on in the future, photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot in power system. However, the degree of development of its financing channels does not meet its financing needs,and a single financing approach restricts the development of photovoltaic power generation. A public private partnership(PPP)fi nancing model is applied to a photovoltaic power generation project. The cost and benefit model of photovoltaic power generation based on different subsidy modes of PPP financing mode is estab lished. A definition of financing benefits of enterprises is proposedin order to evaluate the financing effect. In actual case, the present values of the income of different subsidy methodsare compared.The feasibility and benefits of the two PPP financing modes and the single financing modeare evaluated. The results prove that PPP financing mode can help enterprises solve financing problems and improve enterprise economic benefits.
