Abstract:The orderly energy management of distributed new energy and electric vehicle(EV)in distribution network is studied.The probability distribution of distributed wind and solar are analyzed, and the wind and solar equivalent load model is established by probabilistic method. The electric vehicle load modely based on random travel simulation is analyzed, and the method of establishing the travel feature quantity is refined and improved. The three layer energy management model of the EV is constructed, the duties and division of the network side dispatching center and the charging service provider are clarified, the energy management strategy of tight coupling and loose coupling is proposed. The simulation results show that the energy management model proposed could effectively promote new energy consumption and load stagnation, realize new energy consumption/load stagnation on the distribution network, and the guidance and self?regulation of EV in the area under the jurisdiction of the demand of the charging service provider could be accepted.

Abstract:Rational allocation of energy storage capacity is of great significance in suppressing the fluctuation of clean energy power and assisting frequency stability control of power grid. Aiming at the microgrid with wind and photovoltaic power generation, a primary and secondary frequency modulation model of energy storage system is established to take advantage of idle energy storage resources to participate in grid frequency modulation. Meanwhile,considering the power cost, investment and maintenance cost and other factors of the microgrid, the minimum daily comprehensive cost of the microgrid is the optimization goal. The equilibrium model among the microgrids is established based on cooperative game,and particle swarm optimization and interior point algorithm are used to solve the optimal capacity allocation of microgrids. The results of the example verify the rationality of the model and method.

Abstract:Distributed energy storage on the distribution network becomes an important technical measure to ensure reliable power supply and improve the efficient operation of the power grid.Aiming at the functional positioning of distributed energy storage in the distribution network, three basic application scenarios of alternative investment, guaranteed power supply and auxiliary service are proposed. On this basis, the grid enterprise and social capital investment boundaries are analyzed according to the regulatory and market environments. And two typical types of main investment construction of the distribution network side of the distributed energy storage project typical operating mode, profit model are put forward. Constructing a technical and economic model of two typical models of fixed energy storage periodic peak shift and mobile energy storage non periodic shifting, comparing the feasibility of investment substitution analysis projects of distribution network facilities, the case results show that fixed energy storage in the scenario of“leverage benefit”, and the mobile energy storage reaches a certain number of utilization times, the technical economy is better than upgrading the distribution network.

Abstract:Under the background of power system reform, it is necessary to mine the user electricity characteristic and develop corresponding packages to optimize the demand response strategy considering the problem of the deviation assessment of load server entities. Firstly, the user’s power consumption curve based on selfcoding neural network and fuzzy C means clustering method is classified. Then an optimization model of time of use electricity price based on the user response model of consumer psychology is established. Furtherly, a superimposed electricity price model for the peak period is established. Research shows that the development of package can effectively guide users to adjust their electricity consumption behavior, so as to reduce the difference between electricity consumption modes. From the perspective of deviation assessment, it is helpful to develop monthly electricity purchase strategy.

Abstract:In order to research the problem of line loss allocation in distribution network with distributed generators from the perspective of economic operation, a calculation method of line loss allocation based on economic operation analysis for distribution network with distributed generators is proposed. Firstly, the minimum line loss of distribution network is calculated by using equivalent resistance method, then the economic operation load interval of the distribution network before and after the distributed generator is connected is calculated. Secondly, the reasons of the economic operation load interval change before and after the distribution network is connected to the distributed generator are analyzed, and different operation scenarios are constructed accordingly. Finally, the line loss allocation of distributed generators is calculated by using the power flow tracing algorithm, and the calculated line loss allocation is corrected by setting the corresponding reward and punishment coefficients. The results of example analysis verify the validity and rationality of the proposed method.

Abstract:With the development of energy storage technology and decrease of energy storage cost, energy storage has become an important means of load control. The economic benefits of energy storage allocation in power demand side are evaluated. Firstly, the cost calculation model considering the whole life cycle is established. Secondly, the benefit calculation model is established from four aspects of grid side, user side, power side and policy subsidy.Finally, it is concluded that this energy storage can obtain good economic benefits through example analysis. In addition, it is concluded through sensitivity analysis that factors such as energy storage cost, peak-valley price difference and policy subsidy have a great impact on the economy of energy storage system.

Abstract:The energy and environment problems have become increasingly prominent, the direct load control and emergency response requirements are combined. Considering the self elasticity and cross-elasticity price, the multiperiod dynamic elastic loads are modelled, the cost-emission demand response dispatch model is established. The system is decomposed into the optimization of interactive agents by multi?agent system and agents’are solved by auction algorithm, the adaptive coevolution of agents is reached by cooperative co evolution agent with the adaptive cooperative multipliers.And the optimal incentive compensation value at each time interval is obtained. The influence of the incentive compensation value on the optimization resultsis compared under the fixed value and the optimal value. The results show that the combination of MAS and auction algorithm can improve the computation efficiency. Considering the demand elasticity, the dispatch can achieve the reduction and transfer of the load curve. The maximum level of reducing load is obtained with the maximum values of elasticity by the optimization of incentive value. Comprehensive energy saving and emission reduction into the system increase the comprehensive scheduling system.

Abstract:Promoting green, low carbon and environmental protection of power and energy is the key to future energy construction and solving a series of global environmental problems. Firstly,aiming at the problem of clean energy supply potential assessment,the impact of clean energy on power system operation and the core factors that restrict the development of clean energy are analyzed.Then, based on the assessment of clean energy supply potential, a power system operation simulation method for multi type power supply coordination and interaction in wide area spare time scales is stuided, and a specific evaluation index system for clean energy supply potential is constructed. On this basis, taking the actual power system of a province in China as an example, the potential of clean energy supply under different evaluation dimensions is compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the method can be effectively applied to the assessment of the power supply potential of clean energy in the provincial power system.

Abstract:With the special energy driving mode, electric vehicles can effectively reduce pollution emissions and improve energy efficiency. But as a new type of load, it brings social benefits and many challenges to the operation of the power grid. With the gradual increase of electric vehicle penetration, the load of power system will increase significantly and promote the transformation of distribution network in advance. When expanding and upgrading the distribution network, it is necessary to fully consider the impact of electric vehicles and make reasonable planning. The influence of the development of electric vehicles on the power system and the factors that need to be considered in the process of expansion of distribution network are analyzed. Then the factors that affect the charging load of electric vehicles, and the corresponding prediction model is established. Based on the prediction model, the observable quantity which can reflect the model parameters and be easily collected is selected. Based on the results of load forecasting, the regional economic model of distribution network is established to guide the selection of transformers in the upgrade process. On the premise of satisfying the reliability, the adaptability and economy of power grid are improved, and the coordinated development of electric vehicles and power grid is further promoted.

Abstract:With the continuous development of demand response technology, the flexible loads of user side have shown more schedulable potential. Nevertheless, due to external factors such as user habits, model accuracy, and usage environment, most distributed loads reflect uncertainty, which generates difficulties to accurate load scheduling. Compared with the traditional box type uncertain set, the polyhedral uncertainty set introduces the load correlation coefficient when describing the sample uncertainty space, compressing the sample space uncertainty measure and improve the accuracy and economy of the optimization strategy. By analyzing the performance of the box type uncertainty set and the polyhedral uncertainty set under different correlation conditions, it is known that the load group scheduling optimization strategy model based on the polyhedral uncertainty set can reduce the scheduling cost, identify the high?quality response resources, and reflect the complementarity of negative correlation load.

Abstract:Facing the opening of electric power market, customer demand has been highly valued in order to enhance the competitiveness of power grid enterprises. Power outage is the primary factor affecting customer perception. The identification of customer outage sensitivity is one of the important conditions for accurate customer service. Improving the identification accuracy of customer outage sensitivity is the key to improving customer service level.A method to improve the accuracy of outage sensitivity model is provided. Based on multi dimensional indicators such as customer information and behavior, and on the basis of traditional entropy method, adaline algorithm is used to modify the weights, and unsupervised learning is transformed into semi supervised learning, so as to enhance the scientificity of weight assignment.

Abstract:Focusing on the economic optimal dispatching of large scale farm parks, large farm parks are divided into farming area and living area according to load types, the power adjustable load model of the farming area and the time shiftable load model of the living area are established respectively, the different demand side response characteristics of the two types of loads are discussed in the sub scenario, and the conclusion that the two types of loads all participate in the demand side response is economically optimal is carried out. Considering that the room temperature of the farming area needs to be set within a certain range, when the temperature penalty coefficient is too large, the two types of loads that originally participated in the demand side response may have the only participation of the living area load, about the power adjust able load of the farming area, which is no longer involved into the demand side response. The above analysis conclusions are verified by numerical simulation. These conclusions can provide reference for the economic optimization scheduling and operation of large farm parks with demand side response.

Abstract:Adetecting system based on emulated environment is designedto address the issue of lacking of real world diversity simulation approaches in today’s identification capability evaluation procedure for non intrusive terminal. With the basis of application scenario of non intrusive terminals and core identification function testing requirements, overall design is implemented regarding of hardware environment, software function and testing methodology. By using generic investigation approach, the rules of apparatus application is analyzed and testing case library as well as testing scenario collectionsare established. The objectiveness and reasonableness of the testing scenario is improved by employing the optimized testing procedure based on stochastic sampling and partical swarm optimization. At last, the conclusions are applied and verified by the non intrusive terminal platform construction in demand side management technical lab of Jiangsu Province.The results show that the system can improve the scientificity, objectivity and economy of the test scheme, and meet the requirements of non invasive terminal batch test.

Abstract:The new circumstances of the orderly power utilization are discussed and the characteristics about frequency stability and diversification of frequency control in power grid asynchronous operation are described. According to increasing rate of power load and policy principles, the optimization method for the index allocation of the power restriction sequence table is proposed, in which index allocation is more reasonable and the plan is more effective.Finally, executing process of the orderly power utilization is further optimized from the level of dispatching and control center. The research shows that the proposed method can be more maneuverable,which is suitable for power grid.

Abstract:China’s economy has entered a new normal, supply side reform and the battle for environmental protection have continued to advance, international trade unilateralism has risen,traditional industries are facing many challenges, and the risk of electricity tariff recovery for enterprise customers is increasing.Therefore, predicting the overdue risk of power consumption of enterprises and minimizing the impact on the company's operations are becoming more and more urgent. At present, overdue risk management and control methods can only rely on the historical arrears of enterprises to conduct risk judgments, and lack of deep exploration of user power consumption trends and payment historyleads to the lack of accuracy and timeliness of enterprise overdue risk judgment. To solve the above problems, from the single perspective of enterprise electricity data, based on DBSCAN clustering algorithm,constructing the typical electricity consumption mode of the industry, and adopting the idea of k nearest neighbor, defining the pattern distance measurement function, introducing the concept of risk level, and proposing a power pattern based electricity overdue risk prediction model for enterprises to realize the self evolving electrical deviation based on overdue risk level with degree 4 and risk prediction. Theoretical analysis and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Under the definition and basic concept of systemic analysis electricity default,implementation and analysis of various implementation forms of the guarantee service from the perspective of the determination of the electricity default service provider of the European and American power market guarantee services and the pricing method is detailed. At the end, combining with Chinese actual national conditions, suggestions for the construction of Chinese electricity default services is put forward.

Abstract:With the new electricity reform being carried out,China's electricity reform process has entered a critical stage, but the legal system about the electricity market is not perfect yet.Firstly, the electricity reform course of Australia is briefly introduced, then the legal system of its electricity market is combed.The characteristics of the electricity market and its legal system are analyzed respectively as well as the relationship between them.Based on the analysis of the existing electricity market legal system of China, the framework of China’s electricity market legal system is proposed, and the advice on the legal system construction of provincialelectricity market is given, which provides references for China’s electricity reform.
