Abstract:With ever increasing wind power penetration and air conditioning load, the peak to valley difference of the daily load has exhibited to be upward, and this may cause significant negative impacts on the secure and economic operation of the power system concerned. Taking the PJM(Pennsylvania New Jersey Maryland)demand response market as the major study object, the demand response model in electricity markets aboard is first analyzed, and the project types, results and deficiencies of the domestic demand response pilot projects are briefly described. Then, mandatory components in a demand response market are clarified.Based on the experience of demand response markets aboard, the commercial mechanism in Guangdong electricity market is proposed, taking the development status and relevant policies into consideration. Finally, the corresponding market structure is designed to provide referene for the development of demand response in other parts of the country.

Abstract:The stochastic and timing characteristics of distributed wind generation output, load power and electric vehicles charging load have brought more uncertainties to the optimal allocation of distributed wind generation. Therefore, season-scenario and period-division method is adopted and the stochastic characteristic of plug-in electric vehicles is modeled. Taking annul comprehensive cost as objective function, a distributed wind generation planning model based on timing characteristics is presented using chance constrained programming method. A Monte Carlo simulation embedded genetic algorithm with elite strategy is adopted to solve a typical case and results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Abstract:With the increase of wind power penetration, the frequency impact of wind power integration on power systems can not be ignored. A coordinated control strategy applied to virtual energy storage system(VESS)which contained battery energy storage system(BESS)and air conditioning loads(ACLs)is proposed.The conclusions by simulating on MATLAB/SIMULINK are verified.

Abstract:With the advancement of electricity market reform, the pricing method for transmission and distribution tariffs suitable for province exporting power needs to be studied. Based on existing transmission distribution pricing methods, the characteristics of province exporting power are summarized, and its impact on the pricing are pointed out. Three transmission and distribution services cost sharing pricing methods are proposed. The results show that the power flow tracing method in the transmission can distinguish internal and external network users, and the voltage classification stamp method in the distribution can take the characteristics of low energy density, low load demand, and poor economic affordability into account.

Abstract:Commercial building microgrid has been widely used as a typical form of microgrid, the optimal operation of which has become an important subject. The large capacity controllable load is disposed in the commercial building microgrid, the direct load control of these loads is considered, the minimum integrated operating cost is taken as the objective function, and the optimal operation model of commercial building microgrid is established.Chaos search is introduced to improve the basic gravity algorithm,and the improved gravity algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, a simulation algorithm is used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model. It can reduce the integrated operating cost of the system without reducing the users’comfort level, and the improved gravitational algorithm has a better performance.

Abstract:At present, the accuracy of domestic mid and long term power forecasting is hard to be further improved. Because of its own characteristics, traditional GM(1,1)no longer meets the new law of total electricity consumption in recent years. Based on the total electricity consumption data of various industries in provincial power companies, the changing law of electricity consumption is analyzed. Through mining various factors that influence the change of power consumption in each industry, multi variable gray models are established to forecast the whole society’s electricity consumption respectively in Jiangsu Province from 2016 to 2018,and the result is reliable. Finally, the characteristics of the model application are summarized.

Abstract:As the main participators in demand side response,public buildings are difficult to be properly deployed by power grid companies and electricity retail companies in case of its complicated response mechanism. The energy consumption models of building lighting system and air conditioning system faced to demand response are established. On this basis, the number of contracts signed by public buildings and the overall power of a response are estimated respectively. Finally, an example is given to simulate the response of a group of public buildings. The results show that this method can be used to simulate the characters of public building groups responds to price based demand response projects.

Abstract:Compared with the traditional load forecasting,the spatial load forecasting pays more attention to the load distribution in a certain space, so it can better determine the selection and spatial layout of the electrical equipment. The rapid development of distributed energy and electric vehicles makes the urban spatial load distribution more complex. The original load forecasting method based on time series may bring large error, which is not conducive to the economy and reliability of urban power grid planning.Due to the nonlinear mapping ability of least squares support vector machine, a spatial load forecasting model for distributed and electric vehicle charging load is established. Finally, a practical example in a certain area of central China shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract:With the deepening of the power system reform,the maturity of power demand side management, and the rapid development of the energy storage industry, the state and the government have introduced corresponding policies, actively encouraging distributed energy storage equipment to fully utilize demand response resources, and participate in auxiliary services such as peak clipping, valley filling, frequency regulation, spinning reserve, black start and demand response. In view of the current problem that the user side energy storage resources are idle and the distributed energy storage equipment is not fully utilized, the technical and economic examples of the typical energy storage equipment of the user side participating in the power grid peakcutting and frequency.adjusting service are analyzed. Then, considering the actual situation of Shaanxi power grid and the development status of energy storage on the user side, the scientific and practical suggestions for improving the existing electricity price system, eliminating renewable energy and increasing government subsidies are proposed. These suggestions will encourage more energy storage users to participate in auxiliary services such as peak load shifting and frequency regulation, and promote the construction of the auxiliary service market in Shaanxi Province and the rapid development of the energy storage industry.

Abstract:In recent years, the renewable energy in China has developed rapidly, at the same time, the phenomena of wind and solar power curtailment has also become an increasingly serious problem. To solve the problem, the country has introduced the policy of renewable portfolio standards. Firstly, the influence of the policy, focusing on the capacity growth effect, grid connection effect and restriction effect, is analyzed. From the aspects of tapping the local energy potential, accepting the transmission of electricity across regions, and optimizing the transmission curve outside the area, the corresponding new energy consumption strategies are proposed. Finally, based on the sequential production simulation model, the renewable energy accommodation in a province in 2020 under different kinds of strategies is empirically analyzed.

Abstract:Low voltage electric energy measure device has been damaged severely because of long operation time, artificial damage and material quality, and frequently causes measure device failures. However, power company has not established effective fault elimination and routine maintenance program. The closed loop operation management mode of low voltage electric energy metering device which fuse on site inspection of metering devices and periodic check of electricity meters is innovatively put forward.The operation mode of distributed collection, intelligent grading,process rectification, closed loop control and hierarchical supervision for defects of metering devices is established. Function module of SG186 marketing business application system and application program of mobile operation terminal are developed, realizing control of the measure device operating condition, and strengthening life cycle management of measurement assets. The management model has been popularized and applied in Shaoxing power supply company, and the benefit is remarkable.

Abstract:The adjustment experience of the typical countries such as Britain and American distribution electricity price is introduced. It is concluded that the adjustment mode matches the regulation mode of transmission- distribution price, irregular adjustment is the beneficial complementarity of the regular adjustment, complete regulatory system is the premise of effective adjustment of transmission and distribution price, providing reference for domestic transmission and distribution price reform development.
